Terrible service. If you can find a sales associate good luck getting help from them. They don’t acknowledge customers and they move extremely slow when asked for help. Management either needs to step up and get in store and work or be replaced

Spent 300+ dollars and had insufferable people treat my family as if they were going to rob the place! Rude people, it's not hard to be nice to people who are keeping your store from going out of business.

Horrible customer service!!!! No one greets you or asks if you are looking for something in particular! Four young men on the floor and they were all gathered together having a conversation! I finally asked the employee in the front about getting the other shoe (cuz only one shoe is in the boxes) he said I could ask one of the employees on the floor. I asked one of the employees on the floor and he was rude and told me to ask in the front ?. When I lined up to pay, a young man approached me (finally) and asked me if I had both shoes already in the box, I told him no and he went to the back and got me the other shoe! When I approached the counter to pay, I asked for a manager and he/she was not in, so the man "with the keys" had to hear my complain. Anyway HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FLAT OUT LAZY!
