The sales manager, highly unprofessional, arrogant, involved other employees and family members in a business transaction that should have remained between himself and I

Said my car part could not be found anywhere in the USA or Mexico for repair. That my 2003 TDI Jetta turbo solenoid made the car dead. I returned to my hotel room, called my Santa Fe mechanic and they had both turbo solenoids on order for my incoming towed car from this HORRID Las Cruces VW dealership. This place, after charging me over $100 for the false Diagnosis done in 1/3 hour but found 10 other small repairs to report (ON a Dead car you were telling me mine was, but reported in print little stuff I needed to repair).... SHAME ON THIS MANAGEMENT AND OWNER. DON'T DON'T TRUST THEM.... they lie! I got my TDI fixed and runs like a champ at home in Santa Fe...

bought a used vehicle from them and had some issues, the manager there, has been there 22 years does not communicate with is his people or the customer! when getting fixed he acted like it was our fault that he had to spend so much money fixing the car. Apparently they didn't do their 120 something inspection on this vehicle. Will never return to this dealership again, just praying nothing else goes wrong with it since they had it a third of the time we have owned it. Do not recommend!

I am traveling medical worker. My car had an engine light come on and would miss now and then. Also the Air conditioner didn't work. Took it in and they gave it back to me saying the air conditioner was fixed and charged me for that I also got an estimate of nearly $7000 to fix the engine. Also they would need the car for a month. Since new cars are crazy expensive I agreed to it. Also, I told them I was leaving Las Cruces the 4th of August which was 7 weeks away so I needed it done. Well the AC didn't work - and you can imagine how fun that is in Las Cruces in the summer. So I took it in and after many calls , delays and endless excuses they literally let me pick it up the day I was leaving Las Cruces - 6 weeks after I dropped it off. I pull it behind my RV so I hooked it up and drove home to Colorado. Drove it for 5 miles and the engine light came on and it is missing more. Only good things to say is that they gave me a loaner for a couple weeks and they finally fixed the AC. But that is a lot of money not to fix the problem I brought it in for and I can't take it back because my job has moved me to another state. So thanks guys for a big credit card bill to pay for basically nothing I can put my finger on. That really hurts. Would say if you are from out of town - don't take your car here.

I had the best costumer experience that you don't find very often. Chuy went above & beyond what he needed to do in order to make sure my car was serviced, without inconvenience, & all at a reasonable cost that was affordable. He provided assistance as if he was the customer himself. Won't go anywhere else.

Took my car (2015 Passat) in for service this AM. Had coupon for oil change and another coupon for discount on the fuel filter replacement. Gave both coupons to the service writer and he took them both. I mentioned to him i had both and he said ok and checked them off. Wen't back to pick up car and was told they could only use one coupon per day. Told the guy I was very unhappy. Guy said there wasn't anything he could do to fix the problem. If I had brought the car back tomorrow for the other service i would have gotten a 10% discount on the fuel filer replacement. If the service writer had told me I would have brought it back tomorrow for the fuel filter. They have been working on both my VW cars since 2016 but guess I won't be going back there. Hope the loss of my business was worth the extra 10 bucks they made. Also did not get the free car wash that they used to give when they serviced my car. They discontinued the wash a couple yeas ago due to "Covid". Every ad they have sent out for service since then has still touted the free car wash but still no free wash. Biden says the covid crisis is over now and of course he wouldn't lie would he??

Definitely recommend Ruben Varela, he is awesome. We've been a VW owner for few years now, since we were in California to New Mexico. Sisbarro is amazing. We always take care of us everytime we have issues in our car and the warranty of our car is awesome. We just bought our new SUV from them and I highly recommend Ruben Varela. He knows his job well. Thank you for helping us out.

Military beware!! This place should be blacklisted. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle in December 2021. It is now almost April 2022 and I'm still waiting for my permanent license plate. I have since PCS'd from the area and can't go to the dealership in person. I need my 4th temporary tag and each time it gets harder and harder for assistance. I've called/emailed/texted several people to include Mike, one of the main managers and no one is helping. I love the vehicle, but if I could return it, I would.

They can't seem to stop sending me letters offering to buy my car. I had never heard of them before the letters started pouring in every month. It's irritating that companies like this assume you're interested in their product when you clearly do not respond, and continue sending unsolicited mailings. Thanks, but no thanks.

BLUF: I would never recommend Sisbarro Volkswagen to anyone for any of their services. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I received a flyer in the mail for a promotion that Sisbarro Volkswagen was running. Included in the flyer was a "match-to-win" game where the grand prize was $5,000. See the attached picture below, but I matched the $5,000 to the grand prize. After reading the terms and conditions, it actually seemed legitimate. Therefore, I drove 2.5 hour round trip to visit the dealership. My wife and I are in the market for a new/used car after having some car problems so after winning, we wanted to support the business that gave us the opportunity. Unfortunately, Patrica at the dealership informed me that it was a scam and the promotion was just to get people through the door. When I asked the manager about it, Patrica laughed at me and said "yeah, it would be nice to win $5,000". Ultimately, Sisbarro gave me a $5 gift card to Walmart for my troubles... I wish I would have had it prior to showing up so I could have bought some lube..

WORST SERVICE EVER! I bought $42k vehicle.... Signed the deal and the sales guy just left. No one took over to show us the perks of the vehicle. Had to almost beg for my extra pair of keys and booklet to be sent to . (their finance manager was kind enough to help me out with that ) it was not provoded at the time of the purchase No XM radio was set up for the "3 momth trial"... this) Vehicle was provoded with empty gas tank and not freshly washed- these "little" details make q difference when you are a cuatomer I never ever received a call after that, felt like I went to walmart qnd bought a $40 bike . I still get cards and txt messages from where I've purchased vehicles before! And these guys are the worst customer service I've experienced! I posted on their Facebook page and all they did was just delete my post thought maybe someone would call to apologize at least! Sisbarro VW SUCKS big time. Totally unprofessional staff! Of course never ever going back... grateful there are VW agencies in El Paso I can take my vehicle to get serviced

Recently bought an expensive vehicle from this Agency. Test drove it and kept it. Went to sign the "deal"... sales person left before completing the process. Never showed us all the perks of the vehicle, tank was empty when vehicle was delivered.... never full (not for test driving, not for after sale), vehicle was not washed, Internet radio - Xirius XM was never set up, extra keys or booklet not provided. Sales guy "Tony" never called me back to provide what was needed, of
