Service Sucks. Ruth employees. Specially on printing.i was told 3-5 days my business card will be ready and is been two weeks already. Nothing yet. Every time I call they said they call me back. Nobody has call me yet. Don’t order any projects on Staples’s ???

Asked for assistance when printing copies. The tall young man with glasses was curt and rude and said he could not help. I think they are short staffed and this young man was feeling the pressure and passing it into the customer. I'll go to fed x to get my copies made next time.

I was trying to buy a simple 1" binder. There were several in several different places marked $4.99. However, when I got to checkout they were $11.99 each for 2 different ones marked $4.99 on the shelf. When I told cashier, he appeared to care less. No reaction when I told him about the misinformation--none at all, just a blank stare! I will not be buying anything here!

Oh, where do I even begin with my recent trip to Staples? It's been a good five years since I stepped into any office supply store, but fate (and an Amazon return) led me to this hidden gem. Let me tell you, the magic of the place is all thanks to the wizardry of Alexander J. Pryor, a true team leader.Picture this: I stroll in for a return, and Alexander greets me like a long-lost friend. His infectious enthusiasm made me forget I was here just to drop off a package. It turns out, this guy is not just any employee; he's the manager. Surprise!As I aimlessly roamed the store, a minor hiccup occurred. But fear not, Alexander was on the case faster than you can say "office supplies." Even my silliest question became his top priority, and his attitude made me curious about what else the store had to offer.And let's talk about the atmosphere he's cultivated – Jay, Linzey, and Eric were like the dream team of good vibes. They were actually enjoying their work! I can't quite put my finger on it, but there was an "atmosphere" that made me want to buy everything in that Staples.Now, a message for Staples Corporate: You guys have cracked the code on customer service, but let's talk products. It's time to ditch the competition with electronics stores. Instead, be the cool sidekick with those 9 key electronic products you've got in bulk at a sweet discount.I'm all for change, and I suggest you find new products that scream "HOME OFFICE" to complement our beloved electronics. Make shopping at Staples an office luxury experience, not just a hunt for the same old stuff from the last two decades. Well with this being the alternative to Office Max closing, it will do. It was busy and seemed to have staff, but training is the challenge and improvement is the goal. Felt the need to come out of retirement to help, but I got over it.

I struggle with social anxiety and get nervous to go out to stores. The guys at this staples were heaven sent. They completely turned my morning around with their positivity, welcoming attitudes and overall warmness. Jay was a such a sweetheart in the printing area and was very patient with me I’m not very tech savvy and super knowledgeableThe manager was quick to check up on us and very friendly! And the cashier I forgot his name was so funny and just overall an awesome guy! Great job on management for making such a positive place for customers and workers. I am a store manager at a makeup store in Scottsdale and I know what it takes to make such a beautiful experience. All of these guys need a raise and round of applause. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I came in on July 19th 2023 at 9am.

The manager Jeff was concerned about quality of the end product on a difficult laminating job I gave them, but they did exactly as they were instructed. Employee Angelique communicated well about the job also. They finished the job to my liking and were courteous and professional.

I’ve loved Staples for a long time just to shop, but today I used the copy print services for the first time and I’m so disappointed. Absolutely no help from the two girls there who were just laughing and joking about things on their phones the whole time. When I tried to get help they were snarky when I was finally able to get their attention. I just gave up and left. I would recommend staples for shopping, especially that sweet boy with his dog who always helps in the kindest manner, but do not use their copy and print services.

I had some documents to print and I was having a bit of trouble, but being the person I am I didn't want to ask for help. One of the employees at the printing center had noticed me over at the printer and willingly offered assistance. I'm so grateful for her help and her patience with me. I didn't get the chance to get her name, but I can say for sure that staples is my new place to go for all my printing needs.
