Jon was exceptional. From greeting, exit and in between requests, he had customer service and a genuine way about him. I would recommend him and a promotion per his next performance review. The bathrooms were clean and tables and chairs were pretty clean. Beverage was great by the way!

I love this location! I go here all the time for coffee and with family. Very friendly people, and service is fast even when there is a long line!! I love the frappes especially the mixtures. They are so good! ?

Always out of food on menu. Not sure who there buyer is but how are they always out of the same sandwiches. I’d post a photo but no point of posting no sandwiches. It’s to the point where I don’t order drinks because they don’t have food items. Was a daily customer unfortunately not anymore.

The staff is nice but they are not enought or too slow and don't really listen the order. I went at 11am and need to wait 22 minutes to have my drink! No vegetarian sandwich...

The girls aren’t friendly at all, the service is rude and slow.. Would highly recommend going to a different Starbucks in town.. It was also freezing in the building, the girls wouldn’t give me like 1oz of oat milk more for my drink pretty sure if they put in a bit more effort and smiled every once and a while this place would be a lot nicer.

Dirty sticky floors, tables, chairs, counters. Ordered cake pops for my kiddos and they got that order wrong twice. They are busy but yikes!

Used Starbucks reusable cup (large cup). Paid for large drink (tea).Was filled half and extra ice. Asked to pay for refill ahead, so to not pay twice. We'd be sitting down. Cashier seemed shocked at request. Asked for membership cards and app etc.. ($0.53 is a refill). Explained I'd never been asked for membership or app. Looked at me again like I was crazy. My kid intervened, "can I put it on mine.". She says ok.Never coming back. Would like the manager to explain how staff is not empowered to deliver and accommodate the simple request. Not to critize or look for anything free, just be consistent.

Was given the wrong drink (with sugar which I can't have). it was replaced however the correct drink was only 3/4 filled despite having not even taken a full sip of the mixed up order drink.
