Blew me away! Great!
Called for a quote on replacing a kitchen counter, a pass-thru, and 2 small counters beside the stove. Ended up being 8 pieces with backsplashes.
Went to their shop, picked out my granite, great selection, super staff.
Job was finished in 6 days, a day early, and looks FANTASTIC.

We went to Stone Masters looking for a new countertop for our bathroom. After talking with Eve, we decided on a white quartz for the top and backsplash. As we had purchased bowls to go on the countertop, we asked about having the holes cut by the installers for the drains and faucets which she indicated could be done. We opted to have their staff remove and dispose of the old countertop which had built in sinks. They removed the old top with only one very small spot to touch up as the new backsplash was going to be 2" taller than the existing one. They then created a template for the top and took it back so the new top could be cut to fit. When the top was ready, they called and arranged a date and time to do the install and cut the holes for the drains and faucets. The top fit snugly into place. We showed them where we wanted the bowls and faucets. They marked the spots and cut the holes. During the cutting they had a shop vac that caught almost all of the dust from the cuts. The back splash was cut outside and brought inside to be glued in place. The end product looks great. We arranged the connection of the bowls/faucets separately. A professional job from start to finish by Stone Masters.

Installers damaged a cabinet door during the install.I brought the issue up with the office, and the person denied that anything happened. I have a low tolerance for people who do not own up to their mistakes.I will not be using this business for future projects. I would not recommend.Service: Granite countertop installation

Stone Masters installed granite countertops in my kitchen. One section of granite had a crack. Stone Masters tried to convince me it was a natural fissure in the granite. At their urging, I did some research on fissures versus cracks. A fissure occurs along the crystalline grain boundaries of the stone and does not affect the stone's integrity and does not create a height difference in the stone. The defect in my granite was a crack as the height was different on opposite sides of the defect and it went through the grain and not along the grain boundary. I had a geologist verify and document this finding. Stone Masters would never admit the issue. I reluctantly settled for a 50% discount on that section of granite. I will never do business with them in the future and will never recommend them to anyone.

Stone Masters installed granite that I purchased from them. They cut the island piece 3" shorter than they measured for, they didn't even try to match the seam on the counter top which is very visible as you enter the kitchen and everyone comments on it, they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars more than they should have charged and finally realized it after I brought it to their attention, they didn't seal the granite in one of the bathrooms.

Stone Masters is a very professional company. Eve helped us pick out the quartz for our kitchen. She is very efficient and synchronizes a great team of very qualified workers. Thank you so much Eve for running this project really fast and smooth . We also had a wooden counter and a desk done by Andrew. we are so impressed with his work! He matched the color perfectly. He is quite a meticulous artist! This is a great company worth inquiring about.

It was the holiday and my kitchen sink separated from the granite. I called Stonemasters, and they were so understanding of my situation. They had their guys at the house the next morning! The men were thorough and professional and treated me with respect. The charge for this call was more than reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them them in the future to help me with a redo of my kitchen or any issues I come up against. I can’t say enough good about the quality of the work and the individuals associated with this business!

Stonemasters just completed installing granite countertops and subway tile in my kitchen, and this was a very professional job from beginning to end. We picked out the granite from their large selection of slabs on-site, and it was installed within a few weeks later. Marlene was invaluable in helping to pick the subway tile to go along with the rest of my kitchen. I'm very happy with the way everything was installed on-time, and the care that everyone from countertop installers and tilers to plumbers and electricians work together to create a kitchen that our family can be proud of for a long time.
