Get your Subway at another location. Guy working and manager were not at all trying to put out quality customer service. Their sandwich fixings were not one bit fresh. They did not have ham slices prepared and did not tell me they were out of roast beef until after I placed my order and my sandwich was half way done. Didn't even try to make things right. Just asked if I wanted the sandwich still and salad I had also ordered. Manager looked out of it

Horrible service, lady came our from the back eating while my ONLINE order was yet to be made. Then she said she was out of bread. Then ordered AGAIN the next day with same excuse...

I ordered twice over the web and both times they didn't have the ingredients to make the sandwiches and i had to cancel the order for a refund. I dodn't think much about it either time and foolishly didn't check until much later. I HAVE RECEIVED NO REFUNDS. Contacting subway has led to two emails about how they take responsibility for these situations and . . . NO REFUNDS. This location seems to sell only theoretical sandwichs. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAYING FOR NO SANDWICHES. But don't worry . . . the staff will tell you they'll refund you and that's just as good, right?

Ordered through the mobile app. The girl working this evening didn't get our order right. I paid $16 for a club sandwich and, instead, received 2 of the same sandwiches worth only $10. I also asked for my sandwich toasted and didn't even get that.

This girl with raccoon looking hair and eyes asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and I said yes… she proceeds to put it in the microwave. thanks for my hard as a rock sandwich.

Absolute worse every time. Only one on this side of town but the workers are never there. Waited ten minutes and ask if anyone is working but no one showed up. This place needs to be restructured.

Stood at the order area for 5 minutes as the only customer, watching this sad, robotic employee quietly made somebody's sandwich. He would occasionally make eye contact, but would not even acknowledge my presence. Probably for the best, as I noticed his slack jaw never closed. Wonder how many sandwiches he has drooled over

It's ok....that's about it.Stopped in at this Subway for a footlong sandwich. The young woman working there was efficient and polite. The sandwich was prepared in just a couple minutes. The price was very reasonable. I ordered the Ultimate BMT Italian sub on artisan bread. There was an abundance of banana peppers and a bit too much oil and vinegar. The bread was fresh and fairly good. I thought they skimped on the meat however. It seems that Jimmy Johns (which cost a bit more) had more meat in the sandwich. Overall, the sub was pretty good but could have been better. I think I prefer Jimmy Johns more. Looking forward to the new Jersey Mike's Sub shop opening in Cruces soon. I have had them before in other areas of the country and Jersey Mike's blows Subway out of the water....although Jersey Mike's is a bit expensive. Rate this subway product two-and-three-quarter stars.....meaning very average at best. Will I return.....who knows???

I went in for customer appreciation day. They just happen to be offering free 6 inch turkey sandwiches. When I asked about the free sandwich, they acted like it was an inconvenience, even though i was the only person there.They only had wheat bread. Not a big deal. I like wheat. I walked down the counter as they made my sandwich. When I get the sandwich at the register, they practically threw it at me.I was going to order a drink and cookie, but they just wanted me to go away. Didn't even give me a chance.I don't think the employees like customer appreciation day.
