Went to visit a friend who lives in that community. It seems ok for what it is. I liked how quiet it was and that no one bothered my vehicle.

Don't even think about it. Unless you want a complete headache and notice on every little thing you do. I'm surprised you don't get a notice for walking to your car.

You do not want to rent here. At first, I thought everything was great... did not have any issues until we moved out. My yard stayed cleaned, the MH stayed cleaned, rent was paid on time every month.... the manager, Roberta Sylvis, literally stalks the neighborhood. She drives by checking every space and she will switch out vehicles so you do not know it is her. As mentioned, my issues didn't really began til we moved out. I hired a professional carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets and provided the receipt. I got a call from the manager stating that she would not accept the receipt because A. It wasnt done through them like they "tell" us too and that we would be charged .18 cents per sq ft to clean it. B. She still saw some spots. The lease states (and I completed my original lease and went month to month) that the carpets have to be professionally cleaned. Basically all this woman wants, is to charge you extra money for BS. I do have the carpet cleaning company going back out so she can show them what was "not done." I left this place in better shape than it was when i moved in... when i moved in, the walls had not been wiped down, the master bath tub was disgusting and there was mud, dirt, and sludge built up around the trim on the floors. Not to mention the floors had spots that would sink in. I have had worse landlords so I would not say she is a slumlord... but she will definitely make any excuse to try and charge you extra.... must be going towards the new car she recently bought.....
