My wife's phone stopped working and we thought it might need a new sim card. We took it in to the Valley Plaza store and Getzel, the employee who helped us, had the phone fixed in less than 5 minutes.

I don't like to write bad reviews but its a must. Ordered a watch was sent to this store. Received email on 10/27 that it was ready for pickup. Went that same day, no customers so I give the CSR my information she goes back to check comes back in less than 5 minutes. She proceeds to tell me that the email must of been a mistake because the watch it's there. Call customer care they informed me that it was delivered. Now I'm still waiting for my watch or a call for customer care. Really thinking about switching cell phone company with this kind of poor customer service.Update 11/04/2023After several calls and a week later. I went to pick up my watch. Keep in mind I've had the watch in my purse waiting for a call which never happened. Store manager claimed he didn't have my phone number. Really!!! He now claims that due to it having a crack they won't be able to give me my watch. I explained that when I submitted the warranty claim it wasn't crack. It's been in my purse for a freaking week. Now I have to put a claim and pay.Worst customer service ever.

Me and my sister go in to jump our phones and nothing like being told that we don't have jump services (when we should!)and couldn't get the new phones, and we turn around days later and talked with another t-mobile only to find out that we indeed DID have the Jump services after all, showing to us the employee either lied or didn't know what he was talking about. I typically don't like to give bad reviews but having the run around with this was absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully the t-mobile in the mall was very kind and helpful unlike here. I'm very disappointed and I truly hope that this shop gets better

I came in yesterday to sign up for home internet service. Kayla was very friendly and helpful, she explained the set up process for the modem very clearly! Thank you guys for helping me escape my old internet service provider that was charging me way too much, I'm sticking with t mobile!

I had to spend well over an hour to get a problem rectified with my account, that one of their employees caused. I tried going through Customer Care over the phone, however they said I had to go back to the store to get my problem resolved. As a faithful customer for over 4yrs, this is highly unacceptable.They are short staffed and that is why the extended wait time. I am very frustrated.

My experience at this location was efficient and had great customer service! All the employees on staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be stopping by for all my T-Mobile needs from now on.

This is my first visit to this phone store the staff is wonderful the customer service on the phone is an entirely different matter. As long as we can deal in person you will love the service and get things done quite easily!?!

At the El Paseo store. Took forever to be helped. Fabian was a j*** right off the bat. Could not do his job to save his life. Watched as customers left because of his social hour! Was helped by Marquis,great guy, excellent customer service skills.

Absolute liars. If you choose to do business with Austin, Patrick, or anyone on this team RECORD everything they promise! They will tell you anything to sell you product, then make multiple mistakes in entering promotions, changing accounts, etc. Then when you bring the problem to their attention, they say there's nothing they can do. Call 611 they say, but because the local store doesn't advocate for the customers and admit the mistakes they made, 611 just says too bad. Even though it was the store associates that made multiple errors on the setup that is now costing me over $1600. Our account has 8 lines that we've had for years. If there is a regional manager, district manager, ANYONE that can actually correct the problems that T mobile employees have created I'd love to detail for you the last 30 day nightmare we've just ended with, "Too Bad there's nothing else we can do. The promotion is over now" We will be filing FCC complaints and we are investigating all other avenues available to us to recoup our losses from these incompetent crooks.

Great experience. The staff helped get exactly what we needed. Kayla was amazing. Helped my father get a new phone and service set up. Kayla was very knowledgeable and got us in and out in what felt like no time. My dad is an older man and I'm very happy to set him up with his own plan. Thank you Kayla for the outstanding service.

What an ease this trip was!! I had some to-dos and visiting T-Mobile was on the list. I had been putting it off, but after working with Kayla on Friday I wish I had come to see her sooner!! She helped answer my upgrade questions quickly and in a way I could understand her. I highly recommend going to see Kayla at Valley 10/10

Kayla was awesome!!! Every time I go in I make sure to ask for her. She always makes sure to take care of my family and I. And is always so patient and kind to us!
