Poor communication between owner and consigning owner of a trailer. Dog & pony show and untruthful business practices.

I am SO pleased with the service I received at T&T Trailer! They were absolutely fantastic! I'm a full time RVer and, when passing through Las Cruces, I discovered I had bent an axle on my travel trailer on a severe pothole in TX. A local RV Repair Facility recommended I check with T&T. Jon at T&T was able to get replacement (upgraded) axles ordered and installed in only 4 days! Also, Jon upgraded the suspension springs on my trailer. All of the repairs were done quickly and professionally. Also, their pricing was very reasonable. Thank you Jon!

Passing through town I had one day to find a fix to my Blue Ox tow system. I called T&T and John told me to come in that afternoon. He fixed me up totally - great service! He charged me a very fair price. I highly recommend this place.

T&T replaced two trailer axles & 2 tires on my 5th wheel here is what they did wrong:
1) Failed to replace a missing shock on one axle.
2) Didn't balance the tires.
3) Used a low pressure rubber valve stems instead of a high pressure metal valve stems as needed for the application.
4) left off a zirk fitting on a linkage bolt.
5) Didn't grease the linkage fittings
6) Didn't properly torque the Axle U bolts as I found them loose.
7) Used three different lug bolt sizes on the tire they replaced.
8) I found the linkage bolts finger loose which may have been caused by the missing shock.
9) Did not install grommets or similar where the brake wire passes through the axle which over time will cause the brakes to fail.
I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but seeing the lack of care on the brake wires has me seeing red.

I just called for a quote to install the harness for my trailer lights and they told me it's gonna cost $115 per hour and it's gonna take an hour to an hour and a half even though I already have the harness and all trailer lights. I think that is HIGHLY OUTRAGEOUS to charge $115 an hour! Nobody makes that kind of money especially in the hard times we are all going through.

They were able to find and quickly diagnose an electrical problem in my Motorhome. When another problem occurred, they quickly resolved it as well and I was on my way. The owner is a man of integrity and treats everyone with respect.
