I'm assuming the majority of the good ratings for this location are from years ago because honestly this place is pretty awful. Clothing sections with clothes randomly tossed everywhere, unorganized aisles, and some of the employees prefer chatting with each other and are rude when you ask them for help/expect them to actually do their jobs. Walmart is genuinely better at this point and that's truly saying something..

Where do I begin... so how would you feel if you came home (68+miles Alamogordo) and realized you left about a 3rd of what you bought (spent over 500 bucks) and so I called customer service and asked about the items missing the lady said that she didn't have the items.. I then asked "so no employees said anything about a customer leaving items at the cash register like I was very specific about what I was missing! She then said just go ahead bring receipt and we will either refund or replace missing items I said we'll I can't until tomorrow so another 68 miles back and let's hope I leave a happy customer...only then I will change this post! I've counted all of my items I came home with and all together I should have 63 items and only came home with 42 items!!! 21 items are missing!!!! Like you can't tell me that the cashier had no cluee?!! That's way to many.... I'm sorry but someone has some explaining to do! If that was my employee and I received a phone call ... I would definitely do some QC ASAP! I believe that the girl was new becuz how long it took like over 15 mins which I didn't have any issue especially if she was new so I just bit my lip and tried focusing on my son until I had to pay. I'm at a loss and I'm extremely upset because the items missing was for my niece and nephew bday! So I hope and pray we can resolve this in a timely manner! This is my very first negative post ever and I hope I can turn this into a positive post! Fingers crossed! What would you all do?

The place has become a filthy place to visit. I expect messes from Walmart, but Target always seemed to hold a higher standard I thought when it comes to their store. Not this one.

I'm disabled, and I came shopping with my mom who was looking for makeup. To not be an annoyance, I stopped where people walk. People were walking around me. I apparently was in someone's way. So a target employee told me, "Can you move?" I said no because I was waiting for my mom. She then said, "Well, you're impeding traffic." Never coming to Target.

They always take way more than 2 hours to fulfill my pickup orders and by the time they get to it the items are no longer available. However, I did have a really good interaction with a guy back in electronics who made up for it! Also, why does the $5 section suck so much at this location?

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS TARGET OR SHOP HERE! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I placed an order for pick up in store, I live about an hour away from this target. I had gotten the notification my order was ready for pick up in store, I made the hour drive and arrived, upon arrival I was told my order had been “lost” even after getting the notification that my order was scanned and ready for pick up. I wasted not only my money but my gas and time. The item I purchased for pickup was the EOS peppermint cashmere lotion that is no longer available anywhere online or in store. The manager told me there was nothing we can do but be refunded and there was nothing more they offered to do to help me find this item. If my item was scanned then this had to be a store error not an app error. This was a very upsetting and disappointing experience.

Only one checkout lane open for the entire store, no self checkout option. "David" was weirdly rude to everyone in line. An unusually unpleasant shopping experience for Las Cruces.

While walking around the store one of my friend’s babies lost his brand new shoe & so she left her phone number and information about it that day. We had for sure thought it was long gone or just easily thrown away but
a day later she got a phone call that they had found it and would hold it in their customer service area. I guess I just feel like these days it’s hard to find people that actually care about something as simple as a “baby shoe” so 5 stars to the entire start since I’m not sure who the shoe hero was.
