Rates increase substantially over time. Dust infiltrated my unit terribly with little responsiveness after I pointed out the problem. They end auto-payments peridiodically, and if you miss the email notice about it, you'll be assessed late fees. Staff not customer-friendly.

Would not recommend. I have never had a storage unit that has a dumpster that the tenants cannot use. I currently am red locked for placing trash boxes next to the dumpster that they locked. The manager called and told me I needed to come get it and remove it or else a 75 dollar fee was going to be put in place. I work graveyards at the hospital so I had my friends go pick it up for me. Clearly it was picked up but still I'm red locked. Other tenants also had left trash as well so I am quite sure it's not just me who does t know we are t allowed to use the trash. I left my badge in my unit and and was 30 min late to work. And they don't pick up the phone just send you to voicemail. Not cool. I think im gonna find somewhere else to go.

When we first got there and got a unit there prices were decent but in the last year they have hiked up the prices so much I have to find somewhere else to go. If you plan on coming here you can expect a good deal at the beginning but they will price hike the heck out of you after that come at your own risk is what I think

Trash do not go here. They up the cost so much. We were with them 4 years and the monthly cost more than doubled. We couldn’t afford to move…Also whenever you call they probably won’t answer. They have the stupidest policies and stuff for late fees. Gates are also only open 7-7 which can be a pain if you work a bunch. 0/10 it’s a scam they trap you…Staffs rude too.

I would not recommend this facility for storage. It is NOT secure. The fence has been cut twice and thieves broke in twice to our unit. 2nd time they broke in to three lockers that night. It was broken in to on Friday night. I wasnt contacted by the storage facility until Tuesday. The facility knew on Friday (another customer saw it, reported it and called the police). Teĺshor Storage left my locker unsecured from Friday until Tuesday. When I complained they told me I needed to buy a new lock! Since renting I've become 100 percent disabled. Today my wife tried to enter but had issues entering. They said no, I'd have to come Since signed the contract.
