The only reason to shop here is the 50 percent off "sale" they always have. Very scamish in my opinion. Sizes on everything run big o either bring the child or get a size smaller than normal.

I was looking for some cute pajamas for my nephew for a gift and I never received it. I looked at the order to see if it was cancelled but it had been processed and I knew they charged me for it and it went thru because my bank told me. So I will not EVER be shopping online at this lame store again. They don't even have a lot of variety. Even Walmart has more to choose from ha. I HOPE NO ONE makes the mistake to shop here online because of how disorganized they are. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!

I love shopping here at this store all the girls are so nice,they’re always great with my kids they talk to them show them outfit ideas the stores always clean and neat.The store manager alway welcomes us in and helps us.Love this store and the clothes and all the Christmas pjs so cute.

I read some of these reviews and I’m not sure what store these shoppers are going to! But every time I shop here I’m overly greeted and everyone always seems so happy. I never see anyone on phones and this store is always so organized and clean!!! My kids love the clothes.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Whom I was assuming was the manager, I asked her for help MULTIPLE times, and she just ignored me. Most of the associates seemed nice, I have been in here twice, and both times, the store manager was rude and disrespectful. All she did was stand at the counter and chat. Not to mention they kept asking me for a credit card after I repeatedly said no! I would like to shop WITHOUT my credit being looked at. This is shameful behavior, especially for a children's store. However, my son loves his Minecraft hoodie and sweats I got from there. I would suggest shopping online to avoid these people!

Worse customer service ever! These girls are just standing around talking amongst each other even while checking out a customer. If it's a return forget they treat you with a snotty attitude. Even though I mainly buy online I don't look forward to going to store to exchange or return.

Absolutely no customer service! Managers stood at cash register texting on phone. Never greeted anyone, and barely acknowledged us when paying.

Well were do I start to tell you, this store employee's customer service was the worst I have seen. First of all this store doesn't give back full refunds just exchanges. These employees are so disrespectful. It's not my story to tell but I think it needs to be heard. There was this customer who came into the store with some baby clothes that she wanted to get a refund on and the cashier just told her they don't give refunds. She didn't want to tell her the reason why she wanted a refund but did so anyways and the reason was that she had a miscarriage and didn't need the clothes anymore and just wanted to get her money back . The cashier did not have any sympathy to say she was sorry to hear that or make an effort to try and do anything which I thought was wrong of them and the store policy. Why wouldn't they have refunds for reasons like that and especially being a children's clothing store. Something needs to be done about that ASAP!
