Awesome gym. Reminds me of the old school bodybuilding/ powerlifting gyms from back in the day. Staff is friendly as well!

Great gym, great people. Old school vibes. Rarely have to wait for machines. Been a member for a year and go almost daily.

This has got to be the best gym in a 50 mile radius. I love the rustic bodybuilding style along with the open space for yoga and stretching. They have a perfectly temperature, sauna and a cardio room. This facility was made for heavy lifters, and people very serious about the Fitness. Thank you for the experience!
