Called and they quickly agreed to get the tires and mount them first thing Monday (next business day). Got it done and back on the road. “Cheapest places in town. This place did a $900 job for $250. All the other places in town either didn't want to touch it because my truck is a diesel or because it's a diesel they wanted to charge outrageous prices. The gentleman was very respectful and also did the job in less than 24 hours whereas the other places wouldn't even take the truck in until 2 weeks from now. Thank you for the great service!”

The cost was very reasonable. Honestly I expected the cost to be higher.
Customer service, quality of repairs were at least 5 star. I will be returning with my wife’s car to have new tires installed.

“I had to bring my car into Pep Boys because my car sounded horrible turning over/sometimes wouldnt. I've come here before for my tires, so I trusted them to take a look. It turned out the issue was more complicated than we originally thought, but throughout the entire process, Levi at the front counter was incredibly helpful! He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. His customer service was outstanding, and it's clear he genuinely cares about helping customers. I really appreciate his professionalism and patience.
I also want to recognize the other younger gentleman who works alongside Levi at the front. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he helped me previously when I came in for my tires and was just as kind and helpful. Every interaction I've had with the front staff has been positive.
