“Amador location - I had bought a brand new vehicle a few days prior to coming to the shop with minor damage caused by another. I had a great experience from beginning to end. From the person setting up my appointment, to the estimator, to the gentleman that came out and took care of my minor issue immediately. I was relieved that he was able to fix it. I was taken care of immediately, and the car still looks brand new! I'll be back if I ever need a body shop in the future.”

“In March I was down a car for some time because my master and slave cylinders gave out. Katie was helpful in getting me scheduled and constantly gave me updates on the car. I’m appreciative that she spoke to me with respect because people from other businesses talk to me like I’m an idiot. The mechanics at this shop did a good job on my car. It operates how it’s supposed to and the hydraulic fix made the clutch and brake pedals very strong. Two months later everything seems to be working properly so I’m grateful for this shop for fixing it up so I could get my wheels back!”
“I was visiting my daughter moved to Las Cruces a year ago for school. I wanted to get her car maintanance done before school restarts. I was very nervious about where to take her car. I read the reviews for Egan Auto Repair and know that was the place to go. Everything went well and his prices were affordable. Egan spoke with me about her brakes and I ask if he should just replace them and he said they did not need to be replaced; he would work on them and that should resolve the issue. I was impressed because he had an opportunity to make another $400 and something dollars, instead Egan was honest about the brakes. I believe that Egan is just an honest man who enjoys helping people keep their car in good running condition. I am back in California now and I don't have to worry about my daughter's car. All the other places in town either didn't want to touch it because my truck is a diesel or because it's a diesel they wanted to charge outrageous prices.
