I had a large, 73-pound box to ship and not only was UPS the only place in town that was willing to handle it, they were very good about keeping me informed of the process. They use a third-party shipper for items that are too big or heavy for their regular brown trucks and they took care of getting it on a shipping pallet, providing the shipping number when it was picked up, and making sure that I knew the status at every step. Nicole, in particular, was a delight to work with.

Had called store the previous day to ask if notary services were available on Saturday. Was told they were offered all day.
Arrived about 0910 this morning. Two people were ahead of me.
When my turn came, the employee said, quite rudely, I would have to come back, as he was working alone. He repeated this several times. I said I had called and was told services were available all day. Was told again not possible as he was alone.
I then asked if he could print something. I explained it was a court document that was sent to me by the NM probate court and I was unable to print. I asked if a screen shot would work. He dissed that suggestion saying it would not come out in a good manner. That didn’t matter to me, as that was how it was sent to me.
He then went on to say I would have to forward to him in order to print. I know all of this. I am a handicapped senior citizen, but quite knowledgeable with the computer. He acted like I was totally stupid about all of this.
This man was and is incredibly rude. Not once did he smile. I hope I never have to deal with him again.
I have always been pleased with the service at this store. Not so much now.

Jacob was awesome. We had a bunch of boxes to ship to Hawaii and he made it super easy. Explained our options and the whole process completely. Took a lot of stress off the situation. Excellent customer service! Mahalos UPS and Jacob. 🤙🏽🤙🏽

I was attended quickly, the staff member was very nice and polite, he answered all my questions and took care of the package I needed sent out. The store looked neat and organized (and smelled clean).

It was a terrible experience. I had a item to ship but they didn't have any boxes that would fit the item. The person there told me that he would charge me $116 to custom make a box

I’ve had a mailbox there for 9 months. In that time, experienced issues more than once. Mail is important, right?
Christmas cards were returned to my family labeled “name unknown “.
More importantly, my pharmacist sent me my blood pressure meds, I called daily to hear not received. I spoke to numerous employees there. Was told nothing arrived. Then told it arrived yesterday but didn’t have my name on it. My name was on the box, my box number was loud and clear, my name was clearly written on the package and label.
I’ve experienced the good, the bad and the ugly with this establishment.
Just want to share my experience.

Charges $5 to receive a package even if you’re a UPS premium member. Send it to Michael’s down the street instead for free and friendlier service as well as better hours.

The person was very nice and helpful, but neglected to inform me of a $2.50 cimputer use fee to print out the label. I was not prepared for a charge, though do not mind paying for a service. I wish I had been informed first, as I do not usually have any money on me. Then, the $0.25 fee for printing, now there is $3 that I would have been embarassed to inform the guy that I did not have. All I am trying to say is this: if somebody asks about a service offered, tell them the cost upfront.
