I had packages shipped there and the staff and manager were very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. Great store!I also like that with ups, you can call the store directly. With FedEx, it's near impossible to talk to anyone, let some someone in the actual store.

Saturday - UPS store was busy, line out to the door. Don't know the staff persons name, but she was amazing!!! Friendly, smiling even after an unhappy customer gave her a hard time.

I have to say what a blessing tamantha is. I was rushing through traffic to get to the ups store. I needed to return a medical device and it had to be today! Of course traffic was horrible after work and I got to the door 2 min late. I almost burst into tears. She saw me! Took my package and I couldn't be more greatful ? not all heroes wear capes, but she did for me today

I woul like to thank Tamantha for her attention, courtesy and professionalism. I was attempting to apply there for a Driver's position and although a little busy she took time to redirect me to the proper U.P.S. office. She is very well organized and a good multi tasker,aside from the cool name. Thanks to her co worker who assisted othrr clients while Tamantha took care of me.

I am way late in doing this review. I have been a box holder/customer at this store for a number of years. These folks are professional, courteous, helpful. I travel, and their help with receiving packages, and receiving/forwarding mail, as well as a number of other services as needed, has been invaluable! Thank you so much!

It was my first time at this location and I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Gianna and the other male employee for helping me (so sorry, I couldn't read the name tag!)When I tell you they went above and beyond to help me...I was there to mail in some federal documents for a visa and was so stressed , making sure everything was correct. Gianna made me feel so at ease and provided clear step by step instructions. I don't write reviews like this because I never experience such service but honestly they both made my day to the point that I teared up. Thank you so much Gianna.Management, please give these two a raise, a bonus, something!

Amazing costumer service! I had a bunch of questions for a package being picked up by another carrier and with no hesitation she helped me getting it ready!! I really recommend this location!
