I really wish I checked the reviews BEFORE I gave these people a thin dime.They refused to give me a Medallion Signature Guarantee to transfer my late mother's stocks (for which I am named beneficiary) on grounds that I was not appointed her representative by the court. But the court only appoints representatives if the deceased didn't already appoint someone in their will. I offered to show them my mother's notarized will, and they refused to look.They said the stock company requires court appointment but when the manager showed me the text that allegedly says this, it clearly lists the document as an EXAMPLE of something sufficient, NOT a requirement. Anyone who doesn't know the difference between necessary and sufficient should not hold a management position at a bank, that's really basic stuff.They then refused to give me back her death certificate.Throughout the process they were extremely rude, and there was a lot of waiting, including waiting for the teller to finish a personal phone call.They were very nice, however, to the bankrupt couple next to me, there to take out a subprime loan. Interesting.Lesson: only go to this bank if you're trying to live on debt and pay a lot of fees, not if you want professional, courteous service on banking transactions.

Went to another location and was disappointed, staff was ...unhelpful. Came to this location and was helped by a gentleman named Lance. Excellent service. Lance actually helped me decide to continue banking here after my experience at the othe location near the mall.

Made an appointment online a few days prior, they were at the door to greet us in seconds and got what we needed done. We received very friendly and professional service. Have banked with USBank for 20 years and will continue to do so.

Amanda the teller was super rude. Then I was charged an fee to caah a check that originated from this bank. I would absolutely not do business with these people.

Very rude and disrespectful. Made comments they shouldn’t when they don’t know what I’m going trough.. I will definitely not refer anyone over to this branch.. I seriously can’t believe how I was treated!!!!!!!!!

I love visiting this site, because staff here are always very curtious and that is always very welcoming! They greet you and help you as soon as they can assist you! They are aways very very helpful, as well, wether they are helping you through drive thru or inside the building, they make sure to keep they're attention focused on you, making sure everything gets handled and done correctly. Never have I experienced a problem here at this branch or any other branch but will recommend this one the most. Definitely my go to branch! Never so busy, never so crowded, always in and out very smooth!

US Bank is a great bank, but avoid this branch if at all possible. No one is rude, although it frequently takes 5+ min to be helped even if you are the only one there. The biggest reason to avoid the branch is the manager. Her name is Claudia. US Bank gives their managers a good deal of autonomy. This means that she has the power to decide how her customers are handled in her branch. She told me directly she she does not believe in considering individual cases because it is unfair. As someone who had spent 10+ years in customer service, this was shocking. Pretty much the entire job of a customer service manager is to tailor the solution to the customer. Obviously something she needs some training on. She gave me the impression her personal pay is impacted by her ability to collect on fees. Not the kinna manager I like doing business with and really not the standards I am used to with this bank.

Conniving, lying and incredibly crooked. These people changed my pay method to one of their focus cards. Cards got stolen and now I can't access my paychecks. I cancelled it two weeks ago and still haven't gotten a replacement. They refuse to help me because the card isn't actually theirs and give me a number that I already know won't work. If I could give a zero rating, I would.
