Kudos to the branch on Lohman Ave, especially to Ashley. After a bad experience at the Amador location, she was able to help us with fraudulent activity in our account. She was professional, efficient and very kind. (Unlike the Amador location). Ashley had exemplary customer service skills and managed to unravel every issue we were up against. As a former banker in Arizona, I see a bright and successful future in banking for her in the years to come. We have continued to use this location even though it is completely out of our way, and we are very happy to travel the extra miles to receive excellent service from her and the rest of the team at the Lohman branch.

We have been US Bank customers for over twenty years and have financed three homes, personal loans and vehicle loans throughout that period. Today we were attempting to arrange a personal loan for a vehicle purchase. We called ahead as we live 125 miles from the nearest branch and we're told that no income verification was required for a personal loan. Just to be on the safe side we took along our last tax return and W2 statements. Our credit scores are well over 800, our income is high and we have little debt. Despite what we were told prior to going to the bank once we were there we were told we would be required to produce our retirement award letters (a document I received 11 years ago) to be approved for the loan. This resulted in a wasted trip, a wasted day, the loss of the opportunity to purchase the vehicle (seller opted for another purchaser that could deliver payment sooner) and considerable frustration. In all our twenty plus's years with US Bank I have never encountered such poor service. I will be researching other banking options.

Natasha is wonderful and has the best personality. I always need a detailed amount in different currency notes, and she performs flawlessly. I highly recommend this location as the other staff have the best service capabilities. It's a reflection of the management of this branch or region.

That bank manager Donna stroller is one cold hearted person and I hope that she is a believer because a person like her she should sleep with one eye open so she can watch out for karma like the way she treat customers she definitely shouldn't have the position she does and she ain't very professional she might need to watch here foul language isn't very professional .The other lady Ashley and Jaun are very friendly

The drive thru is so slow. It seems that they only ever have one person working at a time. I've sat at the drive thru and watched the one employee try to help the people inside and at the window. I've waited 15 plus minutes each time in here just for someone to come to the window. Then you wait for them to process the transaction. I don't why I keep coming back here.

We recently had to get a document notarized and called the branch on Lohman Ave. Because it was a Saturday wanted to make sure someone could do that.Donna Stoller answered the phone and said she could do that for us. Since the bank office closed at noon she asked if we could possibly be there before 11:30.Well we lost track of time and didn’t arrive until about 11:40. She was so kind and patient with us. We didn’t feel as though we had burden or delayed her in any way even though she had to unlock the doors to let us out.She even took time to suggest a lunch spot close by after she found out we had recently moved there from Minnesota.Always makes my wife proud to have retired from the bank in 2017 when you get great service like we did from Donna.

I have been with this US Bank for 8 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I love the On-Line Banking, I just wish they did not change the Web Site Page so often. It is so easy to transfer funds between accounts, and Bill Pay and Zelle are great as well.

I closed my account 2 years later they claimed that I owed them money and now I can't get a bank account when I owed them nothing when I close my account And they're only offering to fix it as well I guess you gotta hire an attorney

They would not send my bank transfer to an account associated with Bitcoin. I had to go over to the US Bank on Amador.
