We had a great experience with Victor at this office. He was very knowledgeable and helped get a new phone for us and was able to fix a problem with my phone and billing issues. I would highly recommend this store.

Isaiah was very professional and respectful. I drove an hour and a half to get to there store and will highly recommend them for assistance, I will be doing more business with them. It was well worth the drive, thank you guys

Edward is just the most readily available person ever ever worked with. Very attentive, always minded his time and got me in and out faster than ever. Most visits at verizon are long and tiresome. But I'm happy I met Edward and I'll be back to see him I'm sure.

Continued from My Wife's Review. She ran out of room.
Ricardo SM helped me I stated yes so he then says I need to come back when Ricardo is working. I tell him no I have spent way to much time on this and I just want my money back. He then tells me no. I then ask for DM number. He says he can return the device but there will be a $50 restocking fee. I was like no I am not the one who opened the device Ricardo did and he gave the device to me with out activating it so I will not pay the fee and I want my money back for services never rendered. He says its prepaid so he can not return this money. I tell him it was never activated. He then sends out some text messages and does something on the computer and then grabs the device opens it turns it on and bam the device works. HMMMMMM he then says well I'm seeing the device is working. Ya buddy you just activated this I'm not stupid. I ask for the DM number again he give me an email address. I spend like 3 hours the next day on the phone trying to get this fixed and apparently, this character set this device up with a business account so they could not help me because I didn't know the name of business. I am so appalled with these guys. They robbed me of $282.61 I'm fortunate that money didn't break the bank for me but not everyone is like me. We have our elderly people going there because its an easy location. We have our community that is already going through so much do to the circumstances due to todays economy and these guys are just stealing from them. There was an added Charge on my receipt that said set up and go service , Which means the set it up activated and hooked my phone up to it to ensure it was working. Well that didn't happen. We as a community need to Boycott this location. The DM never responded to my email and this from the reviews I just read is the norm there.

This has been one of the worst and most stressful situations I’ve had to deal with and the store manager has refused to help when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he told me he would not allow me to have his contact information and he said that to fix the issue I have to go through the business line after 6 months and I’m still having billing issues I have been spending the last six months on the phone every Week on the phone with Verizon trying to get it fixed They never processed my trades ether They will quote you one price And when you receive the bill, it will be completely different I never received any email confirmation on my billing when I first purchased If I could give a lower review, I would

Terrible service here do not go! After setting up an appt there , I was told they had an iPhone 13 there in black and was told by the rep they don’t have it and I needed to get iPhone 14. He comes out and says it will be about 200.00. He said I needed to get the full package even if though I was just needing a charger and phone since my son’s grandparents wanted to buy the case and screen for him. I let him know and he refused to sell it to me. Then said I doubt you will find anyone who would sell you just the phone and block charger. Since I worked for Verizon before and I know someone will or another location will. Well I did at the Verizon on Northrise. Do not bring your business to this location. The they apparently don’t need it even though every employee was just standing around. If I could give zero stars I would!

I had very good conversation with the employee. He tended to my needs in a very polite manner. Also order the items I needed. I only wished the items that were needed would have been in stock.
