Sam is your go to Sales person.
I was looking for a very specific model, and Sam went above and beyond to find exactly what i wanted from another dealership. His communication was top-notch, and he made the entire process seamless. He was very knowledgeable about the specific features of the car, patiently answered all of my questions, and never pressured me into a decision. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I love my new car!

We scheduled a service appointment for a job the dealership recommended and provided a decent quote for, a week out, which was the soonest available.
We showed up for the appointment to get the work done, and they didn't have the part. They wanted us to reschedule another appointment to get the work done or leave it until they got the part. How long am I supposed to wait to get my car fixed finally?
Took it to another shop and got the job done same day. Seems to be a disconnect between the departments in spite of generally good service, and worth double checking if you need your car everyday like most of us do.

I've bought a few cars from here. Great sales people and they will work with you for deals (I usually work with Shelly or Christina). However when getting maintenance work done talk to service rep about when your next service is. Cars don't get reset to Toyota App and window sticker for oil change is either not put (last time) or done wrong (current).

We recently bought a new Toyota Tundra from Viva Toyota. It was a great experience. We were treated very nicely and worked through several options, test drove different versions and talked about financing options over a couple of days. In the end, our salesperson helped us make the perfect choice. Much appreciation for her, Shelley Karl, for doing the right thing and helping us find the right fit for what we needed. We are very happy and grateful!

I took my 2022 Toyota Rav4 on 7/15/2024 to have warranty service on the vehicles A/C. This was the third time the A/C system was serviced. the first time it was serviced 7/20/2023. The second time it was serviced on 2/28/2024. On this 3rd visit, the vehicle was kept for three weeks. The issue was not fixed and I was informed a ticket was filed with a field service engineer for consultation and if it required a visit for the field engineer, it would be about 8 to 10 weeks. I requested a loaner vehicle per your Transportation Assistance Policy. I was denied, their justification is that it is not a safety issue. Instead, the car was returned to me and the ticket closed. I have tried contacting the service manager and have left 3 voice mails between today and yesterday and have yet to receive a call back. So far, I feel there is no effort from Viva Toyota to address the repairs and am very disappointed with the way they have handled the warranty repair. I feel their level of customer service has diminished since this repair has been extended far too long for a new vehicle. I would like this issue addressed quickly and efficiently without trading in the vehicle and purchasing another one as was suggested by one of the service advisors. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

A young man in the Toyota Service dept, took some time and completely fixed a loose front panel around the headlight of our Prius. He then fixed a loose sort of gasket that had fallen down, rubbing on the tire. I was unable to make an appointment but he took 10 minutes and completely made my day!!!! Wonderful Service from ANTHONY ( with the dimples! )

My fiance recently bought his new Tacoma here. I feel like we got a fair price for his trade in, and they worked with us on our monthly payment to get us close to where we wanted to be. We worked with Adam Heiden, and he did a great job! Very friendly, helpful, and has continued to answer my questions around the purchase even a month later. We were supposed to get a survey to fill out, but never received anything. So I just wanted to make sure someone knows Adam did a great job! If we are still in the area when I am ready for a new car, we will definitely be coming back to see Adam!

False advertising. Online they offer a price then they inflate it in person. They should be reported due to false advertising on their website. The exact truck was quoted online for a 372 payment since they had it on “special”. When we get to the buying part, they bring a quote of 750 without any explanation (not a different truck, not more equipment). After “negotiation” the quote goes magically to 560. This happened without modification of any other term, therefore I believe the just give you random numbers and then see if you are desperate.
