“I've been with the Schumacher clinic since Old Doc Bill Schumacher opened the doors. Phew! A horse, chickens, and believe it or not (since I adopt rescues) 22 dogs later. Day or night, through the absolutely horrible times of terminal illness and death, the vets, the staff, is compassionate, right there with you, and of course, the most up to date treatments. These folks are my heroes.”

“This was my partner’s & I first time visiting this vet with our new golden retriever pup for his first parvo shots. They were kind enough to schedule us sooner since most vets in town are booked up until February! The wait was short and the staff were very friendly to us & our boy. The young girl in the blue scrubs with glasses (I didn’t get her name unfortunately) was our vet technician & she was beyond phenomenal with us and handling our pup. We initially made the decision to not neuter our pup but she made us aware of the possibilities of testicular cancer & we immediately changed our minds to go ahead to neuter when he’s ready. She was very kind & made our visit feel like a piece of cake. The doctor was amazing as well being super loving to our boy. We will definitely be bringing our guy here until the wheels fall off lol, will definitely recommend this place to others!”

“Been taking my pets to Animal Hopital for years. They are wonderful. Unfortunately my dog got sick from a pancreatitis flare up and was unable to get seen and he passed away the next day ? just wish they had a little more flexibility on appointments...I know they are super busy and do their best. I will continue taking my pets there as they are friendly and very helpful. Love the staff ❤️”

“I haven’t been here in over 4 years but they were hands down, my favorite clinic. I had a lot of critters and lived in the country so I had a few different clinics I saw. This practice was my primary and my favorite. Anyone putting a review that this practice is “in it for the money” has absolutely no idea what veterinarians and their staff go through every single day. They helped me with my bunny, dogs, cats, and even a rescue that survived having a limb amputated AND parvo a few days later. Copper is a happy, spoiled pup to this very day. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Wish I could find something similar out in Oregon!”
“We were traveling through town and had a minor emergency with our senior chihuahua, and the staff at East Lohman could not have been more helpful and kind! They were able to squeeze us in when nobody else in town would even consider it. The prices were very reasonable, service was very fast, and most importantly my dog was not stressed when I got her back. Thank you for all of your help!”
