Bad service a woman at night did not want to help said she didn’t want to give the prescription back and did not want to do her job! Very bad service!

I am not a patient but help my elderly folks. I was coordinating an important emergency supply for meds while we waited for the regular mailed RX and explained the situation over and over to techs. They didn’t allow me to talk the Pharmacist because they didn’t like talking to customers. After calling 3 business days in a row, I was informed today they never ordered the supply even though I was assured there should be no problem. The protocol made sense but they didn’t follow up. Apparently they don’t know what an override is. Even if the override was not approved, they could have called us. Being that I am a Medical Case Manager by trade, I knew to get a temp sample from a Provider. Las Cruces has the worst customer service. The worst. My parent will still miss a few days due to their incompetence.

Awful customer service! Drove up to drive thru window at 1:20 (10 min. Prior to lunch break). Young man took name and DOB for Rx. He retrieved the script, gave me the price, and then proceeded to open the box and walk away. Unaware of where he went or what was happening, I sat there trying to look inside to see what was going on. He comes back (1:30pm) and begins placing the closing sign for the lunch break, blocking my view. I knocked on the window and asked what was going on. It was then that he tells me that it had to be mixed. (Would’ve been nice to know that before he OPENED the container and walked away!) He then begins pulling the shade down at the drive thru, and which point I shouted, “Am I going to be able to get it?!” At which point I HEAR, yes over the speaker.
**Word to the wise! If the medicine needs to be further mixed/prepared, let the customer know in advance! And don’t block customer’s view before handing over the meds.!”

They deserve zero stars. They always lie about what time your prescription will be filled. Today was the last I fill with them after being put off three different times. First it was 1, then it’ll be ready by 3, and now 5? I understand you all are short-staffed but you need to be give respect where you expect it. Your manager and the technician were unhelpful in resolving the issue and made me seem like the bad guy when I was upset for going through this. Can’t deal with a profession? Don’t get a job doing it! Also rude and cut me off multiple times while I was trying to express the frustration. Saying they don’t make promises yet the tech on the phone told me it would be ready. Do yourself a favor and never use this pharmacy. The reviews speaks for itself.

incredibly dirty and nasty store! the parking lot and landscaping is always full of trash because it seems to NEVER get cleaned. there's no pride in the store by management and staff.

I came in about 15-20 minutes before closing and I was helped by the sweetest staff. While I hate going into places before they close, for this instance all of the workers were upbeat and helpful no matter when they had to close. It was greatly appreciated with my situation and I admire the staff for the way they handled customer interactions during this time.

Cannot deliver prescriptions in a timely manner. Sometimes cannot provide critical medicine (insulin). Communications is poor. (A dozen times, I understood from texts that medicine was ready to be picked up, only to find, after driving scores of miles roundtrip, that it was not ready. Sometimes, they could not guarantee delivery of the medicine at any point in the future.) Forced to go to other pharmacies.
