I had 2 prescriptions called in before 8am. They filled one by 11:30 and the other one will be “sometime today”. Absolutely insane! Why can’t they count out both and not have me going back and forth with an abscess that’s incredibly painful. I won’t be back. The insult to injury was when I called to inquire about the other medicine (antibiotics) and I get the text message that they’re ready. I had just gotten the first pills maybe 20 minutes before but they didn’t say it’s almost ready and to wait. Terrible customer service.

Pharmacy experience is awful. Worst customer service. They were extremely rude to me and treated me like they were from the hood and wanted to have a smack down fight with me. Said I didn't know what I was talking about and that I was wrong only to be right.

Add me to the list of folks who think the pharmacy is lower than McDonalds. Hats off to the sasquatch looking lady with red hair and glasses in the pharmacy. (I couldn't see her name tag over her flab!). Very patronizing attitude and indifferent. Trying to get meds for my step daughter and mom in law. Because the phone number wasn't consistent with what I'm familiar with, she became abrupt and spoken over me. Wow! Just like Tucson. No customer service! Maybe she needs to go back to pre school and learn some manners!!!???

This is one of the worst Walgreens when it comes to serving customers. Extremely slow to serve customers while in line or at the window. Actually closed 2 registers 2 hours before closing even with people in line waiting. I'm not sure people understand that without customers, they wouldn't be in business.

Thank you to both Sandy and Drew for attempts at explaining a pricing change in a prescription. Very attentive, thorough and most importantly, non judgemental. I have used this pharmacy since it opened. Everyone has always been helpful and easy to work with. The same goes for the retail part of the store. Many thanks!

Absolutely horrible experience in trying to get vaccines. This is the second time I've been to this Walgreens for the same series of vaccines. Either they don't have a pharmacist that is certified to vaccinate people, or their pharmacist is too backed up doing "paperwork" to give someone trying to be healthy their vaccines. Shame on Walgreens. I'll not be returning to this Walgreens, after I'm able to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy I'll not return at all. I don't recommend that anyone goes to this Walgreens. They are just a group of HIPPA breaking, smug, pretentious, bigots who seem to be produced against people with pre-existing health conditions. At least that's how they made me feel. Shame!!

This pharmacy sucks! Best practice for this location is to close whenever they want! Charge my insurance for meds that I have not received and when I transfered to Rinconada pharmacy I had to pay for my medicine because THIS location charged me! This happened twice! I'm furious!

It's always a bad experience at the pharmacy. Then they claim they try to call to verify prescriptions even though they don't do until you're there so they make you wait even after they tell you it's ready. they take double to prepare your medication and not to mention the pharmacist talking really loud so everyone can hear your businessb while looking at me with a grin.
