The pharmacy has the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in my 20 years living with a chronic illness. “Vanessa” is especially a problem: continually rude, gives incorrect information to patients and physicians, and treats patients poorly.

I tried for three days to ascertain as to why my prescription was delayed. Absolutely no messages on the app as to why, so I attempted five times for nearly eight hours to contact the pharmacy only to be put on hold several times and I deliberately left my phone on the call up to forty five minutes just to see how long it would take for someone to answer. Never happened. In the recording, there was always the message "There's one caller ahead of you". I finally got ahold of someone at 8:33 pm and that person was the pharmacist. When I asked him to tell me the reason for the delay, he replied that it was too soon for a refill. When I asked him why I was never noticed as to why I was never contacted or why I wasn't sent any type of messages, he hung up on me.
I reported this situation to Walgreens corporate. This is not the first time this has accurred with my prescriptions and I found out through social media that others have had the same issues.

Consumers Beware: This Walgreens sold me a prescription with a HUMAN FACIAL HAIR in it! I think it might not be the first time because once before I found a hair after the fact and I’ve been checking ever since and found another one today as soon as brought it home and checked it. Be safe Cruces!

Drive through for pharmacy is a complete mess at this store. 9/16/2023 1 customer held up 6 other people for an entire hour because Walgreens wanted to handle an order of 4 large bags of prescriptions through the drive through window.

Ree in the pharmacy is amazing! She is very helpful and kind! She does her job well and went above and beyond to help my mother and I. She deserves a raise!

This is the only location in Las Cruces that isn't crawling with vagrants. Hopefully management can keep it that way and the corporate muckey mucks will take notice and maybe do something about their other locations.

Most incompetent store I’ve ever been in!! I go to pick up medicine and was told it will be completed aft the woman took lunch. I show back up almost an hour later, and it is still not ready! Not sure what Walgreens is going, but if your are in need of medicine, this is not the store to go too. Avoid this location at all cost!!!! The front of the store is awesome, but the pharmacy is THEE absolute WORST!!!!!!

a couple of wonderful people working there for a long time, but they’re always changing staff and some have no Social skills at all and don’t seem to care about their customers. I went back to my old Pharmscy!

I showed up here for a flu vaccine 9:30 am appointment. After processing my intake, the tech told me it would take 20-30 minutes to get the vaccine ready. What!!!! This Walgreens is the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. I'm a nurse and it takes me about 2 minutes to prepare an intramuscular injection and another minute to verify with another healthcare provider. I don't know how they stay in business!

If I can give the pharmacist Jennifer in the pharmacy department a zero stars I would. I went in after my child was seen by urgent care and was told to look for a certain medicine dose for our baby. I looked everywhere for it before I asked. I walked up to the window and was very quick and dismissed me pointing to the lower shelf over there. I said I checked there and didn't see it. But I took another 10 minutes to check every box. Still couldn't find what I needed and contacted the urgent care to be sure. I went to the window was again met with a rude very dismissive tone. I yelled at her, which I never do, and said I have a sick baby in the car with my in-laws and needed help with a quick question and which medication OTC to use and had instructions and dose on paper in hand. I told her the lack of empathy and care she had was awful and in her profession she went to school to help people. I have used Walgreens and have asked pharmacy techs or pharmacists questions many times without an issue and the only bad experience I came across was her. I reported her to Walgreens corporate customer service. I hope you step on a lego barefoot with the kind of care you provide people.
