I went in to buy a few items and when I got to the register the associate at the register made an inappropriate comment to me how she was "going to make me pay double for making her bend to get something." I did not find this professional, in fact rude because I am not the cause of her back problems.

Definitely don't get vacs here if you need records for any reason. For some reason I cannot access my sons records, also they never put them into the state register so school and dr office can't access either. Moved away so I can't just go to the store and request. Been calling them for over 2 months but always get put on hold for 30 mins at a time while listening to them pick up call to be put on hold again until the call times out and disconnects. I have spent hours on hold these last few months and frankly im tired. Highly unprofessional. Which is sad because while getting service inside the store the staff was wonderful.

Walgreens on Rinconada did everything wrong, it was dangerous. I couldn't get some meds, some I had to pay cash for. And they kept telling me to call my Doctor's and to call Blue Cross. Blue Cross had no idea how to help me.
Walgreens lost prescriptions, sent me alerts for the wrong medications. I did what they told me to, and it made me look crazy. They were supposed to be faxing my doctors.
I went next door to Walmart and they are so competent and kind, all of them. They fixed everything, and my meds are all covered by the insurance.

I'm not surprised this Walgreens has 2.8 starts. It is well stocked but the pharmacy has entitled people working who have no customer service skills. Not only will they not offer an apology when asked to go to the back or the line when there's a problem on their end but they'll talk back and give attitude. What a joke! I'd rather go to the one on Lohman and Roadrunner.

Literally the WORST place to get your prescription filled. No matter what time or day, you will be in line FOREVER. Always super slow and only one person working the pharmacy or checkout. Using the pickup lane is horrible. Same problems since the day they opened

I have never had any issues with my prescription getting refilled before but ever since in October of this year now I am having issues. Everytime I put the refill in on the app it always cancels. Just for me to call the pharmacy and I get excuses. Now this time December 2024 same thing happened for the past 2 days and now on the walgreens.com to refill prescriptions it shows technical issues ....no surprise there. I am done with this Walgreens pharmacy! I have already transferred my prescription over to a much better pharmacy. Wouldn't recommend this Walgreens pharmacy anymore.

Shout out to Eric Medina in the pharmacy for leaving the pharmacy to personally walk us over to the aisle that had exactly what we were looking for - don’t worry, there was no one in line at the pharmacy, so no customers were left unattended. Thank you, sir, for service with a smile!

Calling The pharmacy number is ridiculous Everytime I’ve called it continuously hangs up on me and i can never get through to speak to someone about a prescription it’s very frustrating

I can always rely on this Walgreens. I called and asked for a shower chair for my mother and they had it in stock. When I arrived they brought it up from the back of the store. I live in California but my mother lives in Las Cruces. I will never forget that this Walgreens allowed us to pick up a few items from the window during COVID. Keep up the great work guys...a great store and I'm so thankful you are near my mother's home.

It's always a pleasure to visit this store. Employees are friendly and helpful.
The store and parking lot are always clean and clear of trash.
10/21/24 not so happy today. Twice in a week I filled out Walgreen's survey and when I got to nearly the end, where we're asked if we want to leave more feedback, when I answered YES, the site just ended the survey. I didn't get to finish, nor did I get to enter the sweepstakes. Bummer.
