Pharmacy is rude and helpless! Waist of time honestly.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Walgreens, which is why I am giving them a one-star rating. I visited the pharmacy's drive-thru and ended up waiting for an excruciating half-hour. Finally, when I reached the window, I sat there for an additional 5 minutes without any acknowledgment from the employee. To my disbelief, they simply placed a giant sign over the window, indicating it was closed for lunch, without any prior notice.Frustrated, I decided to go inside to address the issue with the management. However, my encounter with the manager left me even more disappointed. Rather than offering an apology or a solution, he dismissively stated that it had already happened and there was nothing he could do.This experience was not only a waste of my time but also displayed a complete lack of customer service and empathy. I hope that Walgreens takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service, as no customer should be subjected to such indifference and inconvenience.

If I could do NO starts I would! This Walgreens store and pharmacy are the worst! They are so disrespectful and rude to customers! The female technician was very rude, did not explain what was going on and hung up on me twice! After telling me she didn’t see my medication on my chart, I had her ask someone else to please check and sure enough, there it was! Of course she didn’t apologize for being wrong, she continued to be rude and hung up on me! I called the manager but Ana the manager did nothing to fix this and actually caused more issues telling me I can’t go back cause of something I DIDN’T DO!

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My daughter was told they didn’t have her meds in the system and was hung up on. My daughter called back and said it had to be because she was sent an alert and it was affirmed by her doctor, the young rude lady snidely retracted what she said and told my daughter it was not there because they were out of stock and hung up on her a second time. Now I’ve been in customer service all my life and I would of been fired for talking to one of my residents like this not to mention hanging up on them. The manager had the pleasure of talking to my husband after I had left there livid from the service that they provide and defend. The manager defended this kind of customer service making excuses as she went along. We are taking our service somewhere else due to all the issues we have had over many years.Meds not being done on time, sending out false alerts and when you drive 20 minutes to get there they say it’s either not ready or they don’t have it in stock anymore (meaning they probably gave it to someone else), not to mention over charging customers by $20 with insurance than other pharmacies without insurance. How does that work?They just need to take PR classes, get some Jesus, stop sending false alerts and stop overcharging people. Absolutely terrible!

This store is absolute trash. It's filthy all around, outside and inside. Vagrants stand right next to the doors on both sides all the time asking everyone for money while throwing their trash all over the place. They aren't disabled either, every single one of them I've seen is an able body young man. One guy stands in front picking his face constantly. I politely told him "fk you" when he tried to ask me for money. When I came out I asked him how he doesn't have any shame asking all these nice people for money and why he doesn't get a job when most places are hiring. I sht you not, dude told me "because I don't want to work." They need to hire security but the store is so cheap and understaffed. Even the pharmacy is pure trash. It takes ages to get your medications. The staff is nice tho, no issue with them. They're doing the best they can with this under-funded gutter trash of a company. Seriously, get your sht together Walgreens. 70 year old ladies going in there to get their medication shouldn't have to deal with meth addicts every single time.

This pharmacy has gotten horrible. First they shortened their hours to where they are hardly open to be able to pick up your Rx unless you are unemployed. The automated system will tell you a pickup date and time, then you wait 15-20 minutes in line to pick up only to tell you that it's not ready and comeback tomorrow. After 3 attempts to pick up [being told it will be ready tomorrow each time] I am finally told there is a national shortage on my rx and that it is on back order, with no date on when it will b available. Calling there bluff I call CVS and they say there is no shortage and after the initial transfer of rx from walgreens, I will have my rx in no more than two days. I will never deal with walgreens again in my life.

Specific review for the pharmacy: I have a long-term autoimmune condition that requires a specific medication that cannot be substituted. It is quite a common drug, so there should be no issue in maintaining an adequate supply for those who need it. Over the last 3-4 years I have endured a continuing decrease in reliable service for keeping my prescription refilled. I have to pay a much higher co-pay because if the specificity of the prescription, and I have requested that my approval be kept on record. I have had to argue about not substituting almost every time I've needed a refill. I tried using the mail-order option through Walgreen's and that has been even worse. Finally, their carelessness and inconsistent management in keeping the prescription available (or getting it within a reasonable time) has reached the point where I am not dealing with them any longer. While the staff tries to be polite, they clearly have to deal with many unhappy customers and do not seem to make any effort to prevent more dissatisfaction.

My doctor sent some new meds that I needed to this store electronically. People at the pharmacy rapidly processed the prescriptions and questions were asked of the pharmacist who was very professional. i was very happy with my experience in this store

I was in earlier for my visit to Las Cruces, and i have to say that the employee Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable about the layout of the store and helped me find everything i needed! This will be my go to walgreens whenever i am in Las Cruces! Many thanks to Jeremy, would have been lost without his help!

Excellent pharmacy and pharmacist, they really care about the customer/ patient and will guide you if you have questions or concerns. I had a child with severe allergies and needed a particular medicine for their age and the gal pharmacist with long blonde hair, came in on a Saturday, was excellent. I expressed my thank you numerous times. ?
