LOVE having this Walmart as our pharmacy. They always have all our prescriptions ready on time and there is hardly ever a wait! (inside or at drive up) We have been here for vaccines as well and that has always been a quick process as well. Keep up the great work!

The pharmacy is supposed to be open until 9pm. Tonight I went as I have every 4 weeks for my medication for menopause and it is now closed at 7pm. No notice! According to the website it is open until 9:pm. I am absolutely disgusted at this ENTIRE store!

I normally wouldn’t leave a review for Walmart because well it’s Walmart, but the pharmacy department is absolutely AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make sure my son had the meds he needed. Olga and Jessica were so helpful!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! Every month, I have had problems with the pharmacy at the 3331 Rinconada Blvd Walmart in Las Cruces, NM. Every single month they have problems doing their jobs. They seem to "lose" my insurance info every time I refill my prescriptions. I ordered three of my meds about a week ago. I sent my husband to go pick them up. He was told, by one of the pharmacy techs, that my meds weren't ready because of an "issue" between my insurance and my doctor. Seeing as my father in law just died, I wasn't able to find out what the problem was until today. When I was then informed that my insurances are just fine. So you mean I have been having withdrawals all week because someone at that pharmacy doesn't know how to do their damn job?!? They are lucky I didn't have a seizure because of their incompetence!! Both the meds that I was forced off of due to the ignorance of that pharmacy are not supposed to be stopped cold turkey because of the withdrawal dangers. That pharmacy needs to be seriously investigated. I could have DIED. How many other people have they done this to? How many people have gotten really sick because they didn't refill their prescriptions either??? This place cannot be allowed to go on another day with such gross negligence and severe ignorance of its employees.

I have had a few decent experiences but the past 2 days blew any good experiences. My wife is pregnant and needs insulin, so the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. When we arrived to pick it up, they told us it was a 20 minute wait to fill it, waited 20 minutes, and told to wait another 20 minutes. After nearly an hour we finally got the prescription and left. Turns out the insulin expired 5 months ago and they're handing out expired insulin to patients, including pregnant patients such as my wife. When she returned the next day, after her doctor called and chewed them out, they told her they were filling her prescription. 2 hours later when we went to pick it up, they didnt have it, and turns out they didnt have any insulin to fill the prescription. The person at the register had the audacity to ask my wife what her levels were, I guess to judge how important it was she received her insulin, which is outrageous given she has a prescription from a doctor. In the end they had to find another walmart pharmacy to send her to, my guess is because all they had was expired insulin. Check your prescriptions if you're getting medicine here, 5 months expired and barely an apology from them.

There’s days where they’re is people who do a fantastic job and some who are no help at all. Usually they’re no help. I simply asked if they can send a doctors approval to my doctor Dr Reynolds for refills for my insulin I’m diabetic. They did or so I thought turns out they send it to a doctor I have never seen or heard of. I had to go to the hospital since I couldn’t get the actual approval and didn’t have my insulin for a whole day! Why can’t you guys send it to the right doctor when asked and take off whatever doctor the patient isn’t seeing. Fix your system!

If you go in they're really quick, but since they changed where pharmacy pickup is, expect to take at least 30 minutes.

Service at drop off was lacking. I was not greeted the two employees having a conversation with each other instead. I felt like I was interrupting something. I would have appreciated a Hello be with you in a moment. I feel I was rude back two wrongs do not make a right. I apologize for my part, but I feel they could step it up too.

I absolutely despise all Wal Mart pharmacies. The staff are always rude and super unhelpful. They don't follow their posted hours. They don't give accurate pickup times. And the lines are always stupid long. Yesterday I got in line three different times...waited 30 mins in line each time...kept getting told that my son's asthma prescription wasn't ready...and it would be just about 20 or so minutes. Finally after three rounds of that I had no choice but to leave the store. I had other things I needed to do that afternoon besides stand in line. Later that afternoon I sent my husband to pick up the prescription, and while he is waiting in line someone from the pharmacy tells him that they are closed and they were not going to help him, and just go ahead and pass that information down the line. I don't think so!! We got our son's asthma inhaler that he needed finally. It was an all day event. I will be moving his prescription somewhere else where they know what they are doing.

Waiting wasn't too bad, and they always answer the phones (during their open hours).
