I ordered 4x6 prints to be delivered at this location on two separate occasions, and they never received them. This store didn't even have a record of my order both times despite me showing them my order confirmation. I was instead asked to wait to be contacted. After a month of waiting, I will unfortunately have to order from other business.

Oh my God! I'd give this store a negative 10 stars if I could. This store is the nastiest Walmart I've ever been in. Dirty, dirty bathrooms and the shopping isn't any better. After today I'm not shopping Walmart or Sam's Club ever again. Just pathetic.

That location has major issues stocking items from dairy products, milk, eggs and their WMT brand drinking water . You can pretty much assume the avocados will be green most of the time. And their pharmacy service forget it . I sat in line once(with others) waiting for a clerk to pick up my prescription counting no less than 5 or 6 clerks behind the counter doing whatever till one of them finally noticed there were people waiting in line. On another occasion I went there to pickup a prescription and was told by them they did not have it. So I called the doctors office who told me they did have it but the insurance co had a hold on it till the following week which the pharmacy clerk could have told me. Bottom line is IMO is this location just doesn't give s ..t. Anyhow when I travel a little further to their Walton location I find no such stocking issues. Obviously its not a WMT brand problem with the area stores but a local store managerial or lack of anyone caring enough to do anything about it .

Your standard Walmart complete with Vision Center, banking, pharmacy, garden and pick up. Plenty of parking and nearby stores and restaurants.

This is a review mostly for their curbside pickup. Since the pandemic we do 90% of our shopping via curbside now. I won't let Walmart pick out produce or meat as the one and only time I did, I came home with bruised apples that were bad in a day and some expensive per pound steaks I was VERY unhappy with. But if you are needing laundry detergent or anything besides fresh foods, Walmart is cheaper and the heavy stuff gets carried to your vehicle. I buy TP and Miracle Grow and canned goods here. They can't mess that up. And you can put "no substitutions" on the order. So you get the brand you want - if it's in stock - and not the Good Value kind. I find I am saving money by not roaming the store and buying impulsively. However they tend to put ONE thing in a bag. I came home with 15 bags the other day...all with one or two small items in them. That's so wrong. And I am over having to wait forever at the deli for service. I used to literally finish my shopping after placing my order at the deli counter, they are THAT slow. And be aware if you do use the self checkouts you have to use a card and you can't get money back. You have to have a $35 minimum to use the curbside service. But a couple things of Glucerna and a big Tide pod container and you're almost there! The kids who bring out the groceries are pleasant. Much more than the associates inside - I have friends that work at this store, so I won't say all of them are unpleasant. But it's much more customer friendly to drive up, click a button on your phone, have someone load your stuff up and drive away. I plan on doing this even after the pandemic. It doesn't make me hate Walmart because of how they treat their customers and staff so much. But I have other stores I go to for meat, produce and deli.

We got a flat tire on our way to see our son graduate basic training in San Antonio. The guys in the tire shop were so helpful in getting us back on the road. I wish I could remember their names but they were all so nice. They got us back on the road in about an hour with 4 new tires! We didn't have to worry anymore for the remainder of our trip. Thank you all so very much!!

I was simply trying to change a $20. I went to Walmart for a few items and used the self service check out. The smallest option for obtaining cash is $20 and I needed change. I hoped that the Customer Service Associate there in that section could get change. She told me there is no way and gave me no other options, so I went and stood in line at the Customer Service dept. But the young CSA courteously informed me she too was bound by a ridiculous Corporate policy that prevents her from making change unless her drawer is open. And she was not authorized to open it unless there was a transaction? or something. She suggested I wait at the counter for her associate who might be opening hers. She asked her associate if she was going to be opening it and received an affirmative. So i stood there waiting for her as she was helping another customer but I politely asked her if she would address my issue before closing her drawer. She never once looked at me as she responded quite rudely that she was with another customer and i needed to wait. I responded that I was sorry but I didn't want her to forget and close her drawer without helping me. I had already wasted 10 minutes trying to get change and I didn't want to wait longer. So I told her to forget it. I was appalled not just by the complete unwillingness to solve my problem. (i AM NOT STUPID SOMEHOW THE DRAWER COULD BE OPENED) I don't really fault the intital CSA but the one who was rude really got me steamed because on top of not getting any kind of resolution, she got snippy with me. That's why I left. This is an unproductive policy and yet another failure of Customer Service by Walmart following their move to force customers to become part of their labor force for free. This Walmart has terrible customer service in general but i rarely encounter rudeness but someone in that job needs to check her attitude at the door or find another position that is not customer facing. I know it's a hard job. I did it for 10+ years but I also have certain expectations because of it. She failed. The customer service department failed and Walmart failed.

Great service! Charlie helped us out he is a great employee! We were at this location at 3:30 am after being dismissed by their employees and being told the manager was too busy to speak to us. Also this location had the only security guard/cop who was actually at the door standing paying attention. At the Walton location he was keeping the checkout girl company and at the Rinconada location he was sitting on a bench watching something on his phone. Sometimes life happens at 2am and you need a little customer service if it happens to you consider Walmart on Valley

Nothing felt right about this store. All the employees looked very unhappy. I asked one person to help me and she rolled her eyes and acted like I was bothering her. In my opinion, this is a classic case where management makes the employees feel that they are not welcomed there and they should be overly grateful that they have a job. Bad customer service starts at the top!
