Worst experience ever. I was there for over two hours waiting for a banker to help me with a simple question. After two hours I approached one of the bankers and asked her if she could help me since I only had a simple question and had been waiting for too long. She automatically cut me short wouldn't even let me finish my question and told me I could wait for another banker or go somewhere else. I do feel she was being prejudices against Hispanics construction workers. I do believe if I was an Anglo and wearing a suit she would have treated me differently

So I went into this branch and had to wait while the line filled up because the teller and her customer were having a very intimate conversation. 2 other tellers helped 5 of us waiting and she still didn't call next! (See Video)So whatever!

Stalls in drive thru are way too small to fit my dually so I try to bank on the far right only to be told I can't use it to deposit my checks and to go inside I use the drive thru because I don't have time to be going inside but they are always rude about it.

Seriously? Has anyone looked at the reviews for most of the Wells Fargo Banks in Las Cruces, NM? Only one is above a 3.0 and that's a drive-thru. Because of their low ratings, there is NO WAY I would do any business with them. Wells Fargo, you'd better get competitive and provide excellent customer service or you are going to be extinct in a very short time. You are not irreplaceable.

I opened an account today at this location and I had a great experience with Courtney T! She was very professional, kind, helpful, and explained everything clearly so that I understood what I was doing and answered all of my questions. Thank you Courtney, and the staff at the front who was also very kind!

Fortunately i do not do business here. Its about a ten minute wait per car at the drive in. I have to drop off one check a month and im always late on that payment because my lunch break isnt long enough to make the deposit. It takes a couple tries. And you can't drop it in the deposit box because you have to have a key.
