This WellsFargo did help me so much in my time of need. They did everything they could to help me when I was down there for medical reasons. When I was discharged from the hospital I was at, I had stayed a hotel till my Greyhound was about to leave. I had to leave the hotel by 11 a.m. and had nowhere else to go, not knowing anything about the town. I went to the Greyhound station, hardly ever on their property, only to fill my water bottles. From about noon to 6 p.m. never really on the property until 20 minutes before my bus left. The Road Runner Bus line called the police and I was detained for trespassing. When I was detained, the police accidentally left all my property at the Roadrunner bus station, my bag of all my clothes and my backpack, as well as my wallet with all my money cards except my ID, were left at the scene never to be seen again. What little money I had on my account they went above and beyond to help me through till my court date 10 days later, the people were wonderful helping me with the things I needed, I had no, sleep, fire ants biting me everywhere, little to nothing. The people there helped up until I went to court. The trespassing charge was dropped because I had a Greyhoud ticket and evidence to prove I was there for a reason. Thank you very WellsFargo for helping me in dire times. The police down there are not exactly to blame for the loss of my property they just didn't keep track of my property and left it at the scene caught up in the moment. Everyone make mistakes, and I forgive them for that, just next time please pay attention to the details. Mucho amor, Las Cruces for getting me to Paso and back to where I needed to go. Home.

I brought my friend here so she could exchange some Euros she had leftover from her trip to Italy. She went inside, but wasn't gone long. She said there were about 12 people in line, and she just couldn't bear to wait so long. I guess they need more tellers there.

I have been trying to reach a banker at the Telshor branch for the past 2 weeks and no-one answers the phone. I booked an appt. today 1/22/24 at 9:00 reminding them it needed to be a phone appt. because I am in CA. Customer service also told me they left a message for WF. I received a reminder text and responded YES that I was going to keep the appt. but they needed to call because a meeting at the physical location would be impossible since I am in California. I could have been dead because they never called to see the reason I didn't show for the appt. I called customer service multiple times and they too could not connect me since they only had the general number. I need to get to the safe deposit boxes by Saturday 1/27 since I lost the keys and the boxes have to be drilled out and I don't know if I can get it done in time because no-one even answers the phone! They better not charge me for the drilling after putting me through all this trouble and frustration otherwise I'm going to close my account.

Keep trying to get ahold of a banker and nobody wants to answer the phone. Based off of what I’ve heard of this location they’re probably just watching the phone ring.

I had to spend almost an hour in the bank to get a single transaction done. it was extremely frustrating. they appear understaffed, and not all tellers know what they are doing, which makes it worse.

I had a terrible experience at this Bank. First I waited in the Drive-Thru line because I got a message on my phone that I couldn't deposit a Canadian check using mobile deposit. The teller in the Drive-Thru Lane told me I needed to come inside. Then I had to wait a good 20 minutes because they only had one teller working. Right before it was my turn a second teller started working, but when it was my turn only the second teller who was already helping somebody understood what needed to be done with the foreign check. I was told that in order to deposit the check they needed to send it to collections wherever that is and charge me $75 for the pleasure of depositing this check drawn on a major Canadian Bank into a business checking account. I will never ever set foot into this Branch again. While I was there they were giving some old man a hard time for not having a valid driver's license to deposit a check even though the guy looked like he was 100 years old.

The people that work at this place have no clue what they are doing. It's really sad that either they were taught and just don't care or were never taught how to properly do their job. A simple transaction takes twice as long as it ever should. No customer service. Not friendly.

Been with Wellsfargo many years. I needed a paper notarized. It’s annoying how they don’t answer there phones and you get routed to centralize Wellsfargo. Like they can really help. I was always told stick to local Credit Union Banks. They are here for the community. Life lesson ??♂️

WF Bank is probably one of the worse banks in las cruces. Requiring a id to do a deposit is the stupidest thing ever. My mom is handicapped and i stick her drivers lic in the deposit and they will not take it, their reasoning is they want the person depositing, to catch money launderers...you fucking serious? a 50 dollar check deposited...and its a red flag for money laundering. After fighting with a teller at this location who basically laughed as i left, would not do a cash deposit of which i was on the account with my parents. she wanted MY id..not my moms. So stupid. WHen i called corporate they told me its from people stealing money, and trying to catch money laundering.. "really" yea my parents who are on social security are stealing and laundering money. Im currently talking them into moving banks where internal politics doesnt rule an iron fist for its customers. One time to do a deposit i had to pull up to the farthest drive up slot..hide behind the canister drop..and pretend to be my dad lol...just to do a simple deposit, with my moms ID of course....i recorded it and might post it on youtube...audio only..but the lengths you have to go thru to help the elderly who cant leave the house...and run thier errands..to get laughed at by a teller because i HAD to give her MY ID in protest to get the deposit done. she knew i lost...and laughed at me...but hey u know what...I called corporate so did my mom, whether it got resolved who knows but that just added to fuel my mom to switch to a better bank not owned corporately by a what is refereed to in the creature of jekyll island about banking, as Money cartel. You cant fight a cartel alone. Maybe more people who read this and pull their accounts. Thats the only way a cartel will hurt...if they loose money. I got them to do the deposit with my moms id, not mine...in her account..with a check written to her..with her name on it....so i win...eat it Wells fargo.
