Why have only one teller running a long line? Also there is only one person not from the bank helping with opening accounts and talking to customers. Ismael who helped me is really helpful but with the tools Wells Fargo gave Ismael to help me this was the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I would like to note I’m transferring banks from Nusenda and my experience has me wanting to walk out and not even continue with opening the accounts. Also I have seen other comments of long wait which are true. Wells Fargo only had one bankers helping with appointments and telling everyone else to schedule one. This is a common theme. I came a week ago to have someone tell me to come another day to open an account.

I just need to print a month's bank bill, which has kept me waiting for more than two hours? Besides, even if there is no appointment, the customers who come in should come first. Why later people will be called. There are bankers available . what I want is only a matter of a few minutes, so I waited for more than two hours. Important is Here no too many customers. I don’t know why they are …… really bad service here. I was ask them. Just simple things. You guys let me waiting more then 2 hours? And bankers available but not working ? Because I’m not open account you guys can not making any money? Really bad service

They have 5 drive thru lanes they only have 1 employee assisting all of them. Prepare for the longest wait! 30 mins if your lucky

Opened an account and insisted that I didn't want to pay any fees and they assured me that I wouldn't have to pay any if I left my money in the account and didn't touch it. Come back a year later just to find the account drained to $0 BY THEM. These guys are LYING, THIEVING, PARASITES. Leaving your money lying around on the floor is safer than leaving them with these dirtbags.

Worst customer service ever! I do occasional deposits for my fiance and her business account, THANK GOD I HAVE BMO. These guys absolutely do not care, in the middle of a day they have one teller. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes, and the line did not even move. Other "bankers" are walking around all saying the same thing, will be right with you. Well that might be in a year, 2 years, I think I celebrated my birthday and an anniversary while I was standing in line. HORRIBLE BANK. SWITCH TO BMO. I'm in and out in 2 minutes, with my business account, and I love the customer service at BMO

I wonder if the El Paseo University location is closing soon? I bank with all locations in town and El Paseo branch seems to have one person working most of the time. Wait times for service has increased steadily. I know the tellers work very hard but I wonder if management has their back? Great people here, just need more of them. Time is money.

Great manager (she's a star), great tellers. I am leery of banks, these guys have made me feel much better. Approachable, kind, and patient I would recommend them to people who are looking to switch branches. This location is, in my opinion, more user-friendly than others in LC. What I mean is, they took the time more than once to explain routine procedures to me. They do not have to do that, as the info is readily available online. I will drive FURTHER to visit this branch if I move across town, in fact. I would bring your teens for their first time accounts, as this branch has tellers I would trust to explain everything to them with patience and accuracy. Thanks guys and gals. You rock.

This place is a failure and so glad I don't bank with this place Wells Fargo is garbage.every time I go in there , there is a line I'm just cashing check, I see all kinds of people in front and back or me and they are so slow. Then the ask me how's my day after 30 mins of waiting with barely any or no ac or care smile and denial. Just terrible, and people have jobs there. Doing whatever but their job.

Completely rude. Ignored me for about 15 minutes while I waited at the head of the line. Then snottily and indifferently refused to help - all I needed was a new debit card, because the stripe has worn off my current one. El Paseo Wells Fargo in Las Cruces is one of the worst run banks I have ever seen.
