I wonder if the El Paseo University location is closing soon? I bank with all locations in town and El Paseo branch seems to have one person working most of the time. Wait times for service has increased steadily. I know the tellers work very hard but I wonder if management has their back? Great people here, just need more of them. Time is money.

Great manager (she's a star), great tellers. I am leery of banks, these guys have made me feel much better. Approachable, kind, and patient I would recommend them to people who are looking to switch branches. This location is, in my opinion, more user-friendly than others in LC. What I mean is, they took the time more than once to explain routine procedures to me. They do not have to do that, as the info is readily available online. I will drive FURTHER to visit this branch if I move across town, in fact. I would bring your teens for their first time accounts, as this branch has tellers I would trust to explain everything to them with patience and accuracy. Thanks guys and gals. You rock.

This place is a failure and so glad I don't bank with this place Wells Fargo is garbage.every time I go in there , there is a line I'm just cashing check, I see all kinds of people in front and back or me and they are so slow. Then the ask me how's my day after 30 mins of waiting with barely any or no ac or care smile and denial. Just terrible, and people have jobs there. Doing whatever but their job.

Completely rude. Ignored me for about 15 minutes while I waited at the head of the line. Then snottily and indifferently refused to help - all I needed was a new debit card, because the stripe has worn off my current one. El Paseo Wells Fargo in Las Cruces is one of the worst run banks I have ever seen.

I have zero accounts at this bank, however a relative does. I went into the bank yesterday, June 1, 2022, to conduct business. Two tellers for long line. Noticed one teller forv3 driving. This is not a small bank, but they have No customer service whatsoever. The tellers are very nice, but perhaps overwhelmed. Has the bank heard of making it easy for customers and anticipating their needs?

Wells Fargo sucks as a bank, their customer service is horrible on the phone and in person. Specifically the manager at this branch is rude and useless.

I am so sick of dealing with robots ALL the time. Is it not possible to discuss something with an actual person? Ive used Wells Fargo for everything, and they’re fine….but Id like to actually speak with someone.

DO NOT BANK HERE!! When you have an issue you can never get a hold of anyone! You will be on hold for more than 45 minutes, then you will talk to a representative that can barely speak English. The representative can’t help you and will transfer you and then you hold for another 45 minutes or longer. You’re not covered by fraud with this bank! Get recommendations for a bank from friends. Choose a bank that covers fraud! You cannot be elderly and be a customer of the spank. They discriminate and require a smart phone even though you opt out and request written communication! I the worst part is, when you call you have to give your account number, your pin number, and the last four of your social. What a wide open door for hackers!

Talk to somebody in the bank about an issue. They gave me their card and told me to call them and try to call them nobody answers and they have no voice mail. Keep calling the branch and nobody knows how to pick up a phone. Please include this in your training. Will how to get dressed go to my car in 30 degree weather sick and go to the bank branch since people are lazy
