Was not impressed with the lack of customer service I was given by the young Hispanic worker. Never got up to see if I needed help. After I spent $ 180 in store couldn't even say thank you come again. Terrible.

Wow! Awesome customer service! Brought in a hat almost 50 years old, given to me as a gift! The hat has been all over the world. Cleaned, steamed and reshaped beautifully…the NICEST PEOPLE! Highly recommend!
