Traveling through town and had some transmission trouble with our truck. Contacted All Terrain Transmissions and although they had a booked schedule, they were able to get us in quickly! Steve, Manuel, and Josh were very friendly, competent, and got us back on the road at a very reasonable cost :) Enjoyed our time chit chatting while we waited. They have coffee and water, and even got some puppy love from Rambo while there. Love the small hometown feel of this place and wonderful people to work with!

Driveshaft replacement that needed to be done imminently on her vehicle, so my wife could attend a conference in Dallas. ATT ordered it & replaced it under 36 hours. They also noticed that one of the tie rods was needing a zerk fitting and replaced that as well. Then they test drove it for a safety check & before we paid, my wife was informed that they still had further inspections on the rest of the vehicle that were part of what was provided. That we could return for those to be done at a later date. When she attempted to schedule to complete those inspections, they refused to talk with her about that because I called to set up the appointment. The vehicle is titled to my wife, she paid the bill, yet they refuse to talk with here about her vehicle. They want to do work that has already been completed.

First, All Terrain stayed open late after the tow truck delivered our car right at closing time. That was much appreciated. At that point we were stranded without transportation, so one of the mechanics (Brad) drove us to a motel, which was such a kind offer. Then the mechanics spent two days diagnosing our issues, ordering several parts, and making repairs. The end result was that the car could not be fully repaired and driven without an entire new engine, but we feel that All Terrain did all they could to get us back on the road. They are AAA-approved, which made us feel good. Many thanks to them for all their hard work, and for keeping us informed on progress every day.

The people at All Terrain care about their company and their customers. But, their first recommendation to fixing my car didn’t change the rough acceleration, and, being on social security, I can’t afford the next steps. My Mazda 3i has 315,000 miles, so I got my money’s worth. Now looking for a buyer.

So far, I am bummed out by my experience. My car broke down last Monday night, and my auto people had it towed here. I work in Las Vegas but live about 45miles away. I am not able to get a rental car through my warranty until my car has diagnostics completed. At this point, tomorrow has been a week. I still have not received a diagnostic test on it. It is affecting my ability to work. I'm very worried. ?

I can’t thank all the staff enough. We on the Interstate with 300 miles more before we reached home… they did all they could, with smiles and helpfulness. They did enough to get our vehicle all the way home. And for more than fair price! Customer service is alive and well at All Terrain Transmissions!!!!

I was coming from South Dakota to Arz and by Las Vegas my vehicle transmission started acting up. We looked up transmission shops and went to All Terrain. Met by a professional young lady at the counter when we entered the business. We went through some questions with her. Then Manuel came out and talked to us. He told us of a place to go eat lunch in town and by the time we were back he'd be able to get us in. Once back from lunch he put vehicle up on the lift and ran some diagnostics. He then brought me into the shop and showed what the issue was and why it happened. Once they fixed it they took it out for a drive to check it over and make adjustments back to our driving selections. The next day I received a call from Manuel checking on us and making sure everything was working okay. I would recommend All Terrain to my friends and all travelers having transmission problems. They are clean,professional and courteous!

My car broke down while traveling through but Steve and team were super at getting me into the shop right away and provided diagnostics at a fair rate and with top professional care. In small towns it is not common to find such top notch ethical quality. I’d use this shop every time.
