Terrible customer service. Failed to tell me about all the fees attached. Found out when I got the bill. Customer by phone goes to the Philippines. When asked to speak to someone in the US they say they can't do that.... Terrible!!!!!

It is hard to get a hold of anyone. I have been hung up on 2 of the 4 times I have called. Keep getting the run around. Each department gives me a new number to call and no one actually helps. Not customer friendly automated service or Customer Services Advocates are not helpful or friendly either.

Zero stars. I have been trying to contact for a refill for weeks, no answer. Also, been trying to recover password for online account. Disgusted.
