This has been one of the more disappointing reviews. I had high hopes for this service, but it’s one of the shadiest experiences I have had. We are paying for speeds close to 1 GBPS. The service might work for a few weeks and then it is incredibly slow on most devices.
Then the customer service is very unreliable. The live agents assure us that they fix the problem, and then it’s bad by the next day.
There is a lot more to this but I’ve probably said enough. If you can get Plateau in this town, that would be your best bet. Unfortunately they won’t come to my neighborhood.

I like the customer service,it's that my Internet goes out every other day, usually when I'm in the middle of something . It's been out now for about 3 hours

I had my service turned off at old address turned my equipment in than to find out that service is still on at old address I called several times to get internet at new address agent said I would receive the equipment without n 3 to 5 business days never received it than I get a bank statement from xfinity comcast stating-$900.00 I called talked with h a agent specifically stated if we get disconnected to please call me back we’ll we get disconnected and agent never return my call and the address they have for my account is not the right address I would NOT recommend xfinity to his had been a nightmare no I’m still getting text saying my need to turn equipment in am going further with this because I can’t get answers

What a breath of fresh air! Blazing fast 21st century internet FINALLY available in Little Las Vegas NM! 50 mbps for $20 or 300 mbps for $49.99, if you’re a gamer this is a no brainer for you! What the other competitors in the area offer for their best package, Xfinity gives you more than double the speeds at a fraction of the cost. The high speed is great...we signed on as soon as optic was run up to our neighborhood a couple months ago. On the other hand, we've been through 4 modems...including driving to Albuquerque as a final last resort to get the right one that worked...and endless hours on the phone with their support. Has crashed way too often...and then they messed up our bill this month, too...charging for two modems 'cause their employee in Albuquerque neglected to credit the returned one. Also, their line guys...watch them when installing. They did a really bad job running the line, anchoring it to the house and running to entry spot...too much line and really ugly work.

They have connected my personal cell phone with one of their customer’s accounts and refuse to talk to me about getting it removed so the las vegas office can stop calling me, asking for that person. Tried contacting customer support but they wouldnt talk to me either. This has been going on for several months now.

We had been having issues with the availability of TV service for about 2 weeks now that the new cable installment has been on-going. Along with this, we were without service for 2 days. Fortunately, after calling the Tech service for several days and about 6 continuous hours today, 10/23, we were able to get George out of Houston on the line. He did a fantastic job. It only took him about 10 min. Thank you, thank you George. I had to acknowledge him.

Horrible Horrible! 1st time around tech said i cant connect you called customer service they set me up again giving another chance. The day came waited all morning first got we are delayed come 6 hours later no one ever showed up! Called Customer service couldnt get in contact with tech??? No one ever bother to call i had to call them

In the age of cord cutting, I give credit to their office staff acting so obnoxious and rudely to customers. Very brave of you, considering this age of technology that surpasses mediocre cable and horrid customer service is thriving and isn't going away soon.
