Desertgate to the rescue! A woodpecker attacked our internet cable on our tower, and disabled our data reception on a Friday. Eric showed up late in the afternoon, and fixed the problem! Climbing the tower and replacing the antenna dish, and cable. Thank you Eric!!

I depend on Desertgate to do my work from home job. Internet went out after midnight. An AMAZING technician named Eric stayed on phone/text over an hour to resolve my issue THEN he came to my home Sunday afternoon and FIXED the problem completely. Desertgate you are number ONE and ERIC I give you a billion STARS for CUSTOMER SERVICE FAR BEYOND what I anticipated! THANK YOU!

Closing my account was a nightmare. Procedures and cost change every time you talk to them. I am all for supporting local businesses but in this case i would recommend you rather use TMobile or Starlink. The startup and disconnect fees with DesertGate is huge and not worth it.
Follow up. Thanks for the reply but you are missing the point. I received yet another bill after I paid my FiNAl bill in full twice already. How many final bills can I receive? Every time I was told my account is closed and I am paid in full, just to receive another bill!

Great service but don’t do extensions any more and quick to disconnect but when we make a payment they don’t reconnect us we have to wait till the store opens which says 9am but they don’t answer till 920

Best internet I’ve had so far. It’s always fast, never even gives out and I never have to worry about waiting forever when I call. The staff is great and always helps me with whatever I need friendly and fast.
