Our weenie dog was attacked by 2 big dogs and was left with a huge cut on his hip. Dr. Jantzen knew exactly what to do. It's been a little over 2 weeks and he's almost fully healed. We are lucky to have such a great vet in our town. Staff was great too. Very professional.

Unsure of what’s going on with the review bombing of 1 stars, but Dr. Jantzen has always taken good care of my animals. My dog recently got fixed here and ended up biting at it to the point it became incredibly swollen and he popped stitches. Dr Jantzen called us back as soon as he could and got him in the next day to have his stitches re-done, free of charge. I’ve brought most of my animals here and he has helped us not only help keep our pets healthy, but teach us easier ways to administer meds for our stubborn dogs. Highly recommend.

Please keep your pets away from this place, My friend took his dog Hooper here and they killed him. Horrible service and horrible Veterinarian. Please go anywhere else but this place unless you wanna loose your pets.

My boy Will had his pup Hooper at this idiots facility and His puppy died while in the vets care with really no explanation other than he musta got in something toxic. Thing I'd, the dog had survived this "toxic" thing for 4 or 5 days and died after this vet performs surgery. From the other reviews seems like this chump should lose his license so Noone else loses a beloved pet!!!

took our dog because he was slowly getting slower and had a cough. we were told he had a respiratory infection, gave him a shot and some medicine and sent us away. our dog died two days later. he didn’t care to check anything!

We are truly elated to share this review for Dr janssen. He saved our sweet Guinevere! When no one else would help us with her, he did! He knew exactly what was wrong with her and he knew exactly what to do to save her life! We are so thankful for you Dr jensen! If anyone needs help with their pets, Dr Jensen will help you and he will do exactly what is needed!

The service i've received w/Janson and my animals is in par with the worst imaginable in the pet care world. After several years of using the service of his talents, he's fallen on his face for the last time.I took my black Lab to their office in mid June to have warts removed from his front and back paws, they put the procedure off until July 11, after dropping off my dog I was told his nails would also be clipped no charge. whenever the hospital called me to pick him up I saw the wart situation had not been delt with, his nails were the same, and the focus had been slicing his chest open to remove a fatty mass which is common w/older dogs. they handed a bill for $250 dollars. I said i'd like to see my dog.Once i saw him I asked why his paws still had warts, Janson showed up w/a pair of nail-trimmers and proceded to cut them off Whenever i mentioned the warts in his heck he also cut then off w/the clippers. I paid the bill, afterward the wound on my dogs chest opened up like a stoma. He now has a new surgery scheduled to close that wound. Im happy to say he's not going to be in the care of this idiot.

I previously rated this Veterinary Clinic - five stars; and in doing so,, submitted a positive commentary about our family's satisfaction with Doc Jantzen and his Staff. They are sympathetic, courteous, prompt and professional.As a multi-generation ranching family we always want to take our large and small animals to a Veterinary Doctor and Staff who hold the animal's and family's best interest as a priority.Thank you again, you have gained this family's business from now on.God bless you all.

The woman who answers the phone is always rude. And seems like they don't care about animals as much as they say they do when people call to ask for helpnfor a dying animal ugh I won't ever go here again and that's a fact
