They never answer the phone. Then you drive over there and there just sitting there. Dr Padilla is never there they always cancel your appointments then tell you looks like we haven't seen you in a year and a half. Well yeah you always cancel on me

The doctor was so rude she told me if I was in that much pain why didn't I go to the ER instead of coming to see her
