Switched to get some better service than my original bank, just as bad, I've been on hold for 30 minutes now just to get my balances. Atleast the atm is free

Getting much better. Looking to open business accounts in the near future. I was told this is a new offering from the SECU. From a consumer standpoint the credit union is the way to go.
