Very slow service. A 40 minute wait in line, to then be told it will be another 2 hours for a vaccination. There was only 4 people in line ahead of me. Even just to wait in line for a prescription, it takes 40 minutes.

I live over an hour away and they are closed unexpectedly. So frustrating. Update your hours online so I do not waste gas and time.

Not only does this pharmacy have some of the rudest people I have ever talked to, but they haven't been doing a very good job keeping my meds in stock (the important ones that I need to stay on) and whenever I call them about it, they don't take any responsibility for it.I have also had prescriptions just "not filled" because the pharmacist decided it was a weird dose. I HATE even talking on the phone with them, and they force me to do it constantly just to make sure my meds are in stock and filled, even though they should have a computer program for that! And then they are rude when I'm upset and hurting because I don't have my meds, which isn't the least bit my fault. Also, I just got my meds priced at Del Norte Pharmacy and they are legit $1000 cheaper. The only good thing about Walgreens pharmacy is the drive through. I'm going to make the switch.

A pharmacy tech (girl) with brown long hair and gages in. Is rude and always gives me an attitude and she should not work there if she is going to be like that. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. This isn’t the first time either.

Ten days ago my spouse took a legitimate class II narcotics paper prescription into the Walgreen's located in Las Vegas, New Mexico. The woman at the counter told my husband and I that they did not have enough on hand but if we brought it back in on Monday they would see to it that it was filled. We came back in on Monday and spoke with the pharmacy manager, Julia Seamon. Ms. Seamon stated that they would fill it. She gave my husband what they had on hand and said the rest would be in by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. We accepted her at her word. Thursday had passed without word from Ms. Seamon, so on Friday afternoon my husband contacted Walgreen's. Ms. Seamon informed him that Walgreen's could not in fact provide him with his prescription due to an email she received Thursday evening from her prescription supply company that they were not allowed to order the number of pills required for his prescription. If Ms. Seamon were not completely in over her head as a pharmacy manager for Walgreen's, she knew the amount when she was presented with the paper prescription. Let's not forget the fact that she was aware that her supplier would not allow her to order what a doctor prescribed, legally to a patient, on Thursday evening (according to her statements to us) and failed to contact my husband as soon as she knew (like I stated earlier my husband had to call her Friday afternoon). My husband's legitimate prescription ran out on the 13th of this month. He suffered through the weekend, risking his life, without his medicine. Only to discover that Ms. Seamons had not given him any time to get his medicine before what Walgreen's had given him runs out, which is today, Monday, October 24th, 2016. I called the corporate offices for Walgreen's and was assured that I would receive a call from the area manager for this region by a Teza Bailey before the end of business that day. Another Walgreen's promise that was never fulfilled. My family depended on Walgreen's to make our life as Full-time RV'ers easier. We were struggling with getting the pharmacy that we used to mail his medication in a timely fashion. I spoke with a Walgreen's pharmacy manager in Derby, Kansas before we embarked on our adventure and he assured me that was something Walgreen's was capable of doing if we needed it. I also called their 1-800 number and was told that no matter what the medication was they would be more than happy to help make this time of our life worry free. Now, I sit here on this laptop knowing that it will take roughly ten days to mail the paper prescription to the original pharmacy and have it shipped to us and during this time I will have to watch the man that I have been married to for 24 years suffer excruciatingly tortuous pain, while his life hangs on the hope that we can get his medicine here before not having it kills him. It is the abject sadistic nature with which Ms. Seamon treated my husband's medical needs that needs to be addressed. If her intent was not malicious then it is so grossly incompetent she should never be allowed to practice in this field at all. I would also like to add that thanks to her callous cruelty towards his life, she has insured that I will never do business with Walgreen's again and I will make sure that anyone within earshot knows and understands the horrendous way Walgreen's deals with customers. Promising them one thing and then leaving patients to suffer and die as a result of their inability to fill a simple prescription.
