“Me, my wife, and 2 dogs unfortunately had truck problems traveling through the area. Fortunately Victor and Zariah were in the perfect location to help us out. As soon as we pulled in, they went into action. Within an hour, Victor had diagnosed the issue. Zariah was kind of enough to drive me, my wife and dogs to a place to stay. Due to us having to get home, we ended up leaving the truck there. Victor was able to repair the truck and now it runs better than ever. Definitely a refreshing pond of water in the middle of the desert. I wish more repair shops were at their level.”

“In all honesty I can't say anything that hasn't already been said! Felix and Fernando were absolutely amazing, our wheel bearings went out on one side of our trailer (they are the ONLY ones that have told us we need to grease our bearings for road trips, life lesson learned!) and we ended up at the flying j trying to figure out what happened, they came to us and assessed the situation then did everything they could to get us back to their shop even AFTER closing time! Since it was late thursday afternoon we had to wait until the following day to look for parts, we found them got them late Friday afternoon and they were more than willing to work after hours and on their day off, my husband and I said no enjoy your weekend and we will see you monday, monday comes around and they were pretty much done before we even checked out of our hotel! They got us back on the road by noon! Felix's wife was just as amazing and a very calm voice of reason when I started to worry about everything! Honestly out of all the small towns you could end up in with vehicle / trailer issues this is THE place! Honestly so very thankful for everyone at the Diagnostic Center!”
