I had difficult problem with a MasterCard Gift Card obtained from Enterprise Bank. I called two different MasterCard offices who were not able to help me. When I called Enterprise Bank they directed me to Marlene Trujillo at the White Rock branch office. Patiently, persistently, and professionally, over a period of two days and several phone calls, the problem was solved. It was a pleasure working with Marlene.

Horrible since Enterprise took over. Based 1500 miles away and no knowledge or concern for New Mexico life. Account was compromised and given the 3rd degree after I provided proof. They say 10 business days which is another lie since today was business day 12. If I could give zero stars and review I would. Much better options in the area that are tied and care about the area. At least my account compromise forced me into changing accounts which I will be moving away from this nightmare of a situation.

This Google review is for Financial Service Representative, Sherynee Johnson. I have had the pleasure of conducting business with Sherynee twice. The first time was when she helped me with some documents that I needed to have printed. She was so helpful and nice. The second time was today. My husband is on travel in another state and was having problems with a security deposit on a rental car. He could not get his debit card to work so I called Sherynee for assistance because I remembered she had given me her business card. She was amazing! So professional and helpful. She corrected the problem in a few minutes and alleviated the stress my husband was under. Thank you Sherynee. We appreciate all of your help!

Attentive, knowledgeable and personable staff. I have been impressed at the professionalism of all employees who helped open my new personal and business accounts during the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. At the time, I was a customer of BofA and was unable to speak with anyone on the phone (wait times of 4+ hours). Enterprise Bank answered every call, every email and promptly helped with all of my questions. Even during a worldwide crisis, they have managed to not miss a beat in providing the ever elusive \\\"customer service\\\"!

I actually feel really bad writing this review. I used to love this bank because of the customer service. Both branches were great, but the WR branch was my favorite. And that is the reason I feel bad for writing this. I never posted a positive review about this bank and I should have when they were awesome. But this bank has gone down hill. The tellers used to greet me and were so friendly. They were professional and seemed to always want to help me. I banked with them for over 25 years so they knew me and made me feel welcome. But unfortunately, here is why I think I should post this bad review. For the last few years, they treat me like dirt when I come in. When I ask for a simple service, they treat me like I'm asking for something that is over the top. There is one teller who is really nice. I haven't seen her in a while and I forgot her name but I'll come back to post it if she's still there because she deserves to be mentioned. The others make me feel like I'm an annoyance. There is one girl in particular, who rolls her eyes at me and just seems irritated whenever I come in. She can't make a deposit without making me feel like she's doing me a huge favor. This is not the LANB to which I have become accustomed. I just don't even want to go inside because I feel so uncomfortable and nervous about asking a question. I feel like a nuisance at this bank. It's actually really sad because it's so different from before.
