Rude. Uncommunicative. Nearly hostile.

Lost a package when I sent it out. They just blew it off and any complaints to the regional office/supervisor went nowhere.....great service.

I've been a box holder at this post office for 6+ years and these guys are amazing. Not only are they friendly but they've gone above and beyond helping me when I've needed forwards for the Winter, etc. I read the reviews that they are rude and they are not. They are the sweetest people. Cerrillos is lucky to have a post office. Be careful because if you complain loud enough and give this place a hard time, they'll close it down, which was the case in Stanley, NM outside of Edgewood. Your closest post office will be Santa Fe. Give government workers a break. They do a great job here. I wish they could give us reviews! because some of us have no social graces and not only treat them badly but are rude. It works both ways. P.S. There IS Saturday service until 11 a.m.

Well the guy behind he counter whose name is Orlando may be the rudest laziest person I've ever met at the post office. When I walked in he was glaring at me. I was taken aback by this and said hi. He responded by barking at me "What do you need?" I was silence for a moment and then asked if I they had a stamp book I could look at. His answer was " We do but its almost my lunch time and Im going to close! Come back in an hour if you can decide which stamp you want!" He then unrolled a metal curtain down over the counter very quickly without saying anything else. He was a real j****

Make a left after passing a bridge, then follow the road, and Los Cerrillos Post Office is on your left. There are no vehicles in its parking lot after 4:00 pm (and barely any before that). No Sat. & Sun. services. Watch for bumpy road. Staff a bit edgy and rural, with faces emanating a lazy rural arrogance that is called "pride" in American English. Not always able to handle competently questions re: stuff to be mailed abroad.
