Used to count on them to show, now they're sourcing me out to other companies with No Show! Missed appts., Etc... After talking with BCBS customer service I learned there's a shortage of drivers. Sooooo up to 4 ⭐ because these people have done ? their best with what they have to work with.

This company definitely gets my vote and recommendation. Prompt and courteous drivers. Leandra Aragon certainly has excellent customer service skills and maintains good scheduling, thus you know if you're riding with them you're guaranteed to get back to where you started from.
