I came in for 15k mile service (fuel filter change, oil change, and tire rotation) that was covered under my vehicle protection plan. I wanted everyerything done that was specified in the plan EXCEPT the oil change. Since that was previously competed. I was told my plan didn't cover that, and the agent didn't even look at my plan details when I tried to show him. After leaving I called ram directly and they confirmed they above mentioned items were covered in my plan. I then went back to dealership and implored that it was covered. And I still wanted everything done EXCEPT the oil change. They did the repairs but still billed for the oil change without doing the oil change. They didn't refund money but instead gave me a credit for future oil change. I didn't even live in the state

My husband and I had been looking for a truck for a while. We knew exactly what we wanted to pay, and were willing to wait for the best deal. The Melloy Dodge Los Lunas staff was awesome from the time we walked into the door! They helped us find the vehicle that we wanted, while staying in our budget. We were offered multiple options with difference prices and optional features. We were given an exact breakdown of what the financing would look like for each of the options which made us confident that we were getting the best deal. The dealership treated us with respect, and processed the paperwork quickly. The store manager Antionio Noriega is amazing and made us feel like family! The salesman Wil Chavez, and finance manager Javier Rivero were great. We highly recommend Melloy Dodge of Los Lunas to anyone who wants to have a great experience while purchasing a vehicle!

Steven the Service Manager was great! He heard me out about the issue I was having with my Jeep. He knew exactly what to do and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Great customer service and very respectful.

This bad review is strictly for the full staff at Melloy in Los Lunas. My father has had such a hard time to get a simple tire rotation after leaving the truck there for 4 days!!! Anthony who is one of the technicians at this location has lied to my father multiple times saying the rotation was done. Keep in mind my dad made a marking to one of the tires to make sure it was done which is the reason why we know for a fact the rotation was not done.Please do not come to this location they are lazy and clearly do not care about their customers. Personal advice make the drive to another location for better service.Melloy if you would like to contact me my email is attached!!!

I love the friendliness of the dealership and maintenance staff. From day 01, we have had exceptional service. I would highly recommend driving to Las Lunas for your Jeep over other Jeep dealerships.

Took my truck in for warranty work a few weeks ago. I had to make the appt back in the first part of August for a September appointment. I get it, not that big of a deal. The guy that set up the was inept, asking me the same questions over and over, then arguing with me about where I bought the truck and what kind of warranty coverage I had. It took probably 45 min to do what should've taken 10 min max. I was told when i made the appointment that it should only take 1 day, 2 max for the work to be done. I dropped off the truck early the day the work eas to be done and was never told anything other than, "we'll call you when it's ready". I get a call around 1pm and was told that they did have my parts, and it was going to cost me $XXX.xx. I said that I wasn't paying that because it was under the extended warranty, and I only had to pay the copay. Mind you, this is the same guy that checked me in that morning.The whole point of this is, I don't understand why they dont have competent people in the service department doing intakes, waiting until the day vehicles dropped off to see if they have the parts, not tell me when I dropped it off when it would be ready, and then take 3 days to complete the service. I only found out it was ready because I called and checked.

My husband took his jeep to get a diagnostic for his check engine light. After REPEATED calls to the service manager and corporate about them covering the cost of repairs, we’ve been without his jeep for 3 weeks and a day. Tuesday we received the call that Jeep will cover expenses but the parts won’t be in until Tuesday (Sept 5), we finally asked for a loaner or rental car because we will be inconvenienced for another week (1 full month). We called corporate today and are still denied any kind of temporary transportation. So here is my warning to you - the general public…. Don’t take your car here to Melloy jeep in Los Lunas. They don’t care about you or the life you have to live without your primary mode of transportation. They don’t hustle or have any remorse for your inconvenience. I’ve told my husband to file a claim with Better Business Bureau and he hasn’t yet. Now, we are grateful that they are covering expenses however, their lack of empathy or lack of going above and beyond for a customer that has spent $60,000 for a jeep… makes me sick to my stomach. I’m the one who is equally inconvenienced about their lack of expediency for customer concern because my husband had been using my car for the duration of these 3 weeks and a day. My thoughts about their customer service and lack of consideration to compensate their customer (for over a month) is truly inconsiderate. Please think twice before coming here to get anything done to your vehicle.******* UPDATE ON 09/21/2023 ***********Today is 6 weeks to the day that my husband brought in his jeep. Found out on September 7th that someone broke into my husbands jeep while at the dealership and then surprisingly, did they had a loaner car to give to my husband. After repeated calls to the service manager and told "I'll get back to you" only to NEVER receive any follow up phone call, we're still waiting to hear about his jeep being ready for pick up. Also, come to find out, his corporate case worker was never informed that his jeep was broken into while being held hostage at the dealership. What a surprise! Now, I have suggested to my husband to contact an automotive attorney and pursue legal actions against the dealership because who knows when we'll get our jeep and if we'll have any mechanical complications or extra issues with the jeep when we drive it after a few hundred miles. Honestly, if this is what happens after spending $60,000 and taking it in for diagnostics and given the run around and no follow throughs, please think twice about coming to Melloy Jeep in Los Lunas.

The best car buying experience! I worked with Leroy and Chad. They provided me with the best customer service experience I received anywhere. They went above and beyond for me. It’s been a blessing working with this team! Especially Leroy.Traveled a few extra miles from Albuquerque but it was totally worth it. If you live in the surrounding areas I am telling you it is worth the travel. At no point did I feel pressured into making the purchase. I told them what I wanted and they listened. I left happy and satisfied with my purchase. I had to leave to pick up my son but completed the paper work and left with my new car.The next day I had to got back to wrap up some stuff and my windshield took a rock on the highway. The purchase was already completed so that was all on me to replace. I showed up Leroy greeted me asked how I was liking my new car. I told him I love it, but is there anyway you wanted to replace my windshield. He looks and says, “oh wow that looks fresh”. I told him, “oh it is!” He’s tells me, “let me see what I can do” comes back says, “oh we will replace it, we just have to order it.”Thank you for everything!

Update: First of all I want to say a big thanks to Juan and Fermin for helping me get my new windshield, Juan was very attentive and kept coming back to keep me updated! I also would like to thank Rudy since he left a msg for me with the secretary letting me know my windshield was actually in this time. I would also like to mention that the windshield that I got wasn’t OEM. I would have considered leaving 5 stars but I was very disappointed in the Manager Joshua Cordova, he had came to talk to me on Tuesday when they basically made me come in for nothing and promised me two free tanks of gas for my troubles as he put it and when I called on Thursday which was the day they changed my windshield he told me on the phone that I was that “Maria from the Google review” and kept insisting on why I didn’t wait to put my review although there were no lies said. When I came in on Thursday I waved at him and we made eye contact and he completely ignored me and kept walking, I asked about the gas he had promised and they notified me that Joshua was very upset about my Google review and to wait for him to cool off! Even though I’m the paying customer how absurd, never in my life have I seen a “Manager” be this childish seriously, but like I told them I won’t be begging for a gas tank I will keep my review very transparent and honest but this does not speak well of him and I would really suggest that this Manager Joshua Cordova gets some new training on customer service as he lacks much ethics, humbleness, empathy, and accountability!! He will bring this dealership down! I am more than happy to have a conversation to move on a positive note but I would love to speak with someone above Joshua as I no longer trust him.Buyer beware!!! You've been warned. By far the worst experience! (I have no problem what so ever with the salesman Adam he was great!!) But my issues are with the service department! Why offer "warranty" for the vehicle if you can't comply with it?! My windshield cracked 6 weeks ago and I've been waiting for it! It's literally imparting my vision to drive. Everytime the sun hits it, it shines into my eyes and I can't see clearly. I called on Friday August 18th to speak to Rudy since he had said my windshield would arrive that day and I was notiffed he was out on lunch. He never called back, I tried calling the next day on Saturday and they kept sending me to voice mail so I had to call the sales department for them to get me over to the service department, Rudy calls me back and the fist thing he says is your order was canceled!! I spoke to my salesman Adam and he was able to figure something out so Rudy called me once more to tell me to come in on Tuesday, that they would do an oil change and repair my windshield. Tuesday comes I drop off my car @9:30am I made arrangements to get a ride and I come back at noon to check on my car only for them to tell me they ordered the wrong windshield!! They had my car all that time and they didn't even do my oil change!!! They never once thought to call me and notify me of anything I had to come in and ask! Such an irresponsible team. They didn't know prior to me coming in that they had the wrong windshield?!? Such a waste of time and money. I'm so sorry but I sure won't ever recommend anyone to shop here as they don't value your time or money. Time is money and if you would like to spend it here just know you sure will!! Communication is key but apparently they lack a lot of it. I emphasized that I know my car isn't the only car and I know life happens but never once did they keep communication with me. I've been the one having to chase them down. I've been thinking of upgrading my car but thanks to this, showing me how well you care of repeating customers I will no longer be shopping here. It's no wonder they have such negative reviews it seems to me I'm not alone in my experience.

Brian in service is an absolute rock star. He is so patient with my persistence in calling for updates daily, he has tried to get me a loaner car which was not available, unfortunately. He just really went above and beyond in helping me. Now the trick is finding out why my car is haunted and getting all the little oddities fixed on it.

Every member of this staff is amazing. Always always friendly. Being at this Melloy doesn't feel dreadful. Having to wait while getting an oil change. Because everyone is so kind and attentive.

Absolute garbage service! my vehicle, 2022 Jeep Wagoneer, was taken in on 6/22/23 for recalibration of airbag modules. They kept my vehicle until 7/21/23! they said they finally had gotten the modules/codes on my vehicle taken care of but they stated that my sun roof wasn't working. First off, not sure how they knew it wasn't working unless they tried cruising my vehicle for a "test drive" and decided to put the sun roof back to look cool or whatever. Anyways they said there was faulty wiring and wire connectors. Which was an absolute lie. They said they had to remove the headliner to get to wires! However stated they had part of the headliner removed after 9 days, nut ember worked on the wires. Mind you the headliner is one piece! With that being said we, myself and the collision shop demanded the vehicle back. When they sent the bill, THEY ONLY BILLED FOR 4 HOURS OF LABOR BUT HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 25 BUISNESS DAYS, 250 HOURS. NEVER EVER USE THESE CLOWNS THEYRE A JOKE!!!By the way Fermine was my advisor!
