“I love simple, that’s exactly what old Santa Fe Trail plain Beef jerky is, two ingredients, beef and salt.Every bite delivers a satisfying unmistakeable taste of lean high-quality beef; … nothing else except a very slight taste of salt. KISS… Keep It Super Simple!!!”

“This is an undiscovered gem, I lived here for 15 years, I've been in search for local honey, where do you find it at? Sam's, the meat is good. The people are friendly, where do you find a bone, to make bone broth, certainly and not Sam's in Walmart, or Costco, but you can fry a frozen bone, nicely packaged, next time I'll ask him to cut it in half, the meats are great, I really think it's an undiscovered gem”
