Came to get a new phone store hours are 9 to 5:00 still sitting in my car at 9:30 waiting for somebody to get here. Disappointing they should at least just change their hours so I know not to drive all the way over here.

Came to pay my bill, and they were closed before 5p. I had even called to make sure they were open. I am very disappointed.

Had to get my grandma a phone they shut hers off because it didn't support 4 & 5G. Cost almost 100 dollars to get her a new flip phone

ELIZABETH!!!!! WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! I really cannot say enough about this about this young lady!! The day I was in the store it had to have been at least 90 degree's in the store. I guess the air conditioner had gone out as it apparently does quite often according to the girls that work there. It has not been fixed leaving the girls there in hot temperatures all the time, and customers. Needless to say Elizabeth managed to keep me there and do our business with a smile on her face my mother had just passed away and I was in need of a phone I didn't have the funds to up my plan and I was in dire need of help she helped me in a way that I cannot explain in words but she managed to get me help and on a plan that was fitting to my budget she consoled me when I was in tears and kept me in her store when it was 100° or more it felt like this is one exceptional employee you have I hope you keep her there.

I walked in and a buitiful friendly girl welcomed me with a big hello. I felt comfortable right away. She was able to help me with All my needs. Her name was Karla please come to this store and get helped with all your needs!
