“ELIZABETH!!!!! WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! I really cannot say enough about this about this young lady!! The day I was in the store it had to have been at least 90 degree's in the store. I guess the air conditioner had gone out as it apparently does quite often according to the girls that work there. It has not been fixed leaving the girls there in hot temperatures all the time, and customers. Needless to say Elizabeth managed to keep me there and do our business with a smile on her face my mother had just passed away and I was in need of a phone I didn't have the funds to up my plan and I was in dire need of help she helped me in a way that I cannot explain in words but she managed to get me help and on a plan that was fitting to my budget she consoled me when I was in tears and kept me in her store when it was 100° or more it felt like this is one exceptional employee you have I hope you keep her there.”

I had a great experience today at this T-Mobile authorized dealer. I initially walked in thinking it was a main T-Mobile center, but even though it's an authorized location, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The representative who helped me was incredibly patient, respectful, and thorough. He guided me through the entire process with genuine care, even though it was outside the typical scope of what they handle.
It’s rare to find such attentive and pleasant customer service these days. I truly appreciated the extra effort and professionalism. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this store for future business. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming atmosphere!”
